I always have a great experience Dr. Lai and his staff are the nicest most professional folks I've dealt with in the dental industry. Another GREAT experience today 8/14/19. I will never go anywhere else for dental work! First visit of 2020 like visiting old friends. Dr.lai and his staff are the best! Hard to believe I know but I always enjoy my visits the the DDS. Dr. Lai's new partner, Dr. Lai (yes his son) is as thorough, professional and friendly as the "old" man himself.

I had a very pleasant experience at James Lai Dentistry! I had a cleaning and a wisdom tooth removal done so far, and the staff and doctors made me feel comfortable and taken care of. They were very efficient and precise with their work! I will definitely be going back, I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I have never been a fan of dentists until Now! The Doc and staff were incredible! I was so thankful he took the time to explain everything to me and give me very helpful feedback. I didn't feel rushed at all. What a wonderful experience! Thank you so much!!!

I hadn't been to a dentist in a long while so needless to say i was nervous...but once i got there from the receptionist to the staff they made the whole experience very pleasant. Since then ive referred my family to go see them...Great dentist hands down

I found Dr Lai a few years ago and moved away. Needless to say, I came back. He is totally worth the drive. He's an amazing dentist, the entire staff is so great. I feel completely comfortable with them. Have recommended him to several people and they are all very happy with his services, too.

Dr. Lai is awesome! Just had 2 old crowns removed and prepped for new crowns and 3 fillings done and a cleaning with little to no pain at all! Very friendly staff here. Don't hesitate to give Dr. Lai your confidence. He even shows the before and after pictures of your teeth to show you what's going on. Technology has come a long way at the dentist office now.

This place is just amazing. No matter who helps me during my visit, I always know I will be taken care. Regardless if it's Dr. Lai or Dr. Goh that sees me for the day, I always know I'm in good hands. Today, a dental hygienist named Diana did my general cleaning. And let me tell you, that was probably the best cleaning I've ever had. If you don't go to this place for your general dental needs, I highly recommend you making the switch :-)

Always a great experience, staff is professional, experienced and polite. No long waits and scheduling is always convenient. No haggling or plus selling pressures. This office focuses on dentistry and taking care of the patient.

The cleaning was as usual...painless and good...and fun to talk and share while the cleaning is going on. I am so happy to be going to Dr.l Lai as he and the staff are excellent. Fast and friendly. That's how my visit was. Who wants to spend their day at the dentist? Not me. My last appointment was at 10:15am and I was done at 10:30am. They got me in early and out early. Thanks!

The office is so comfortable. The music is beautiful and soothing. My daughter has been going for three years. This was my first visit personally .

This is the best dental office I've ever been to! Doctor Lai is very good at relating dental work to your occupation with great examples. Doctor Goh and her staff are friendly, efficient, and consummate professionals. Diane at the front desk explains to you exactly what you need to know about dental coverage and additional services. What a team!

I would not recommend James Lai, he incorrectly did my filling and a year later I found out that he had damage my nerves. If I could I would give him negative stars and now I have to a different dentist to save my tooth
