Dr. Kramers interest in dental care started early! Born and raised in Delaware, he attended a dental technology program at Hodgson Vocational Technical High School, learning how to make custom dental crowns, bridges, and dentures. Then, he spent a year taking dental technology classes at the National School of Health Technology in Philadelphia. From there, it seemed natural to proceed to dental school, and the technical skills that he acquired during these early years are still much appreciated by his patients.

Today, Dr. Kramer still sets very high standards for himself when it comes to patient care. He goes above and beyond to provide them with high-quality improvements and treats everyone just the way he would want to be treated.

Dr. Kramer attended the University of Delaware for his undergraduate work and then graduated with honors as a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Temple University School of Dentistry. He was also a member of the periodontal, endodontics, oral surgery, and prosthodontics honor societies. Today, he is proud to have earned a Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry, which is an honor achieved by fewer than 5% of all dentists in the US. Hes also undergone a General Practice Residency at Christiana Hospital and attended advanced restorative training at both The world-renowned Dawson Academy and the Chesapeake Dental Education Center. In addition to the AGD, he is also a member of the following organizations:

Dr. Kramer is happily married to his high school sweetheart Marie, and they have three wonderful grown children who all entered into the medical profession in fact, one is a dentist too! In his free time, he enjoys offshore sport fishing and boating with family and friends. Dentistry is also genuinely one of his favorite hobbies, and he likes to learn all he can about the field.

To make your dental experience as productive and comfortable as possible, Dr. Kramer always makes sure to have a team to support his patients. Many of our team members have been with him for many years and are fully dedicated to being friendly, respectful, and kind. Millie is originally from the Frankford area, and she has impressively been a member of our dental office for over 35 years! She is certified in radiology as well. She never gets tired of meeting with the wonderful patients and helping them have great experiences from beginning to end. It wont take long for you to realize that shes always smiling!

At home, Millie and her husband Brad have a son named Bradley. When shes not busy at work, her favorite hobbies include shopping, working outside, reading a good book, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Debbie joined our team in 2021, bringing an impressive two full decades of experience with her. All these years later, she loves having the opportunity to learn new dental procedures each day. In fact, thats her favorite part of her job!

Originally from Maryland, Debbie and her husband, Les, have one daughter, Lauren. When she isnt at our office, she enjoys baking, spending time with her animals (including micro mini pigs!), attending Nascar races, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Gabby has been a member of our team for over a decade so far, and she considers working chairside with patients to be the best part of her job. Being able to make people smile is always a wonderful feeling! She attended Sussex Tech and is certified in radiology.

Originally from Selbyville, Gabby and her husband Russell have a daughter named Isabelle, a son named Isaiah, and two dogs named Chloe and Max. Outside of the dental office, you can often find her shopping or spending quality time with her friends and family. She also LOVES to jam out in her car, especially right before work.

Kaitlin hails from Dagsboro originally and attended college at Delaware Tech. She is also certified in radiology. Today, what she enjoys most about being a part of Dr. Kramers team is having the opportunity to make each patient feel comfortable and confident about their smile again!

Outside of work, Kaitlin has a close relationship with her parents, her older brother, and her niece Hayden, who she considers her new best friend. In her free time, she enjoys riding horses, playing with her dog Cooper, fishing, going out on the boat with family, camping, and gardening. In fact, she makes lots of fun and exciting meals from what she grows herself.

Barbara is originally from Selbyville and studied at West Virginia University, earning her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. Her time spent as a valued member of our dental office spans over 30 years! She loves being able to make a positive difference in the communitys dental health and overall wellbeing through her position.

At home, Barbara and her husband Tim have two Black Labs. In her spare time, she is an avid runner and cyclist, as well as a group fitness instructor. She also enjoys kayaking and creating beautiful artworks from stained glass.

Fays career in the dental field covers an amazing 42 years so far, with a large amount of that time spent right here at our Selbyville dental office. She attended Delaware Technical and Community College for her education and is an RDH. Today, she thinks the best part about being a dental hygienist is helping patients attain and maintain their oral health over time, which in turn promotes their general health.

Originally from Harrington, Fay has been married for over 40 years and has one daughter. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, sewing, listening to audiobooks, reading, and doing community service. She is a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Georgetown Fire Co., a past legislative chair of the Delaware Dental Hygienists Association, and part of the Delaware State Board of Dentistry and Dental Hygiene. She is also a Special Olympics bocce coach!

Jennas career in the dental field began in 2012 after attending Wor Wic Community College for dental assisting and dental radiology. She quickly fell in love with the restorative aspect of dentistry. Changing smiles changes lives and Jenna sees that on a daily basis working with Dr. Kramer. She is passionate about patient care and patient education along with the importance of continued education for herself in this ever-changing, ever-expanding career path.
