Dr. James K. Jolly grew up in Bryan, Ohio.a small town in northwest Ohio best known for DumDum suckers and the Etch-A-Sketch. He graduated from Bryan High School in 1986 and attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he studied chemistry.After graduating with a B.A. in 1990, he entered The Ohio State University Dental School. He graduated from Ohio State in 1994 and settled down in Columbus with his wife Donna. Their only child, Gabrielle was born in the Spring of 2000.
In the summer of 2008, Dr. Jolly and his family moved to the Salisbury area after purchasing Dr. Chris Hartungs dental practice. He is a member of the Rowan Dental Society and the Charlotte Buckeye Alumni Association. When not at the office, Dr. Jolly enjoys golfing and all things Ohio State!
Jerri grew up in a small town near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She began her career as an orthodontist assistant and after 8 years decided to obtain her degree in dental hygiene. She moved to NC in January 2010 with her husband (an NC native) and her daughters Josephine & Mackenzie. She lives on High Rock Lake and loves to travel and spend time with her family and animals.
Michelle graduated from East Rowan High School. She furthered her education at Rowan Cabarrus Community College, receiving her Dental Assistant Certification. She has been with our office since 2000. Michelle lives in Salisbury with her husband Dale where they enjoy daughter Alexis and granddaughter Kynnlie. She also enjoys the outdoors and riding her motorcycle.
Sheri graduated from East Rowan High School. She furthered her education at Rowan Cabarrus Community College, receiving her Dental Assistant Certification. She has been with our office since 1998. Sheri lives in Rockwell with husband Tracy. They have three children Josh, Taylor and Kayla. Sheri enjoys spending time with her family and camping.
Pam grew up in Rowan County and graduated from South Rowan High School. She currently lives in Gold Hill. She has two children, Christopher and Anna and enjoys spending time with family and friends and her two dogs! She has been in the dentistry field for 20+ years.
Caitlin is from a small town in Upstate New York called Corinth. She moved to NC in 2014 and attended the Rowan Cabarrus Community College where she earned her Dental Assistant Certification. She resides in Salisbury with her husband and two very spoiled dogs, Bazil and Beckham. She loves to travel, but more than anything, she loves dogs of all shapes and sizes.
Jill grew up in Mooresville but has lived in West Rowan for over 20 years. She is married with two children and loves to travel. She earned her degree in dental hygiene at the Central Piedmont Community College. She is also a huge fan of dogs-big and small!
Sandra has been in the dental field for 30+ years. She was raised in Cabarrus County and attended Rowan Cabarrus Community College and York Technical College. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her son, grandson, and extended family. She also loves to travel and spend time with friends.
Gigi is often found at the office behind the front desk. She is very spoiled and loves to greet our patients when they walk in the door. She has been known to cuddle with those patients who have a fear of dental work-as long as no one is eating in the kitchen. She lives with Dr.and Mrs. Jolly in Charlotte. She loves belly rubs, treats, and the heater that Pam keeps by her feet under the desk.

Wonderful and caring dentist. His Practice and the ladies that work there are the most pleasant and people I have ever encountered under one practice like this. Simply amazing . Love it.

I have been visiting Dr. Jolly for a few years now and have always been very pleased. Everyone in the office goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and they are all very friendly. Dr. Jolly is very thorough and extremely gentle on you. I highly recommend this office to all my friends and family, many have taken me up, only to become fans themselves of Dr. Jolly. The very best visit I have ever had at any medical facility. It started with Pam battling my insurance company to today ,meeting the entire staff and Dr Jolly. He takes pride in his work and takes the time to answer ALL your questions. Pam , Sherry , Michelle ,Jerri and Dr Jolly... I applaud you all for being so compassionate during this crazy time. Thank you , and you WILL be seeing me again soon (So get used to it.) Lol.. It just doesn't get any better than this !!!

Hands down the best dentist I have ever been too. I highly recommend Dr. Jolly. He was quick gentle and very nice. I didnt even feel the tooth being pulled or didnt feel the numbing shots. I will never use another dentist as long as he is around.

Would not recommend. (In response to the owner, it was 8 years ago and there was no Google review. I ran across this and remembered the same fillings I had issues with repeatedly falling out. When I asked the dentist about it he was rude. That was my last visit. Once I switched to a different dentist I haven't had any issues. You have many good reviews here so it looks as if you have it together now. The staff were always professional and polite. Thank you for the response.)

Dr. Jolly was my dentist in Johnstown, Ohio. I have never liked going to the dentist and he made me more comfortable. His techniques are strong and things I thought would hurt really didn't. He only did work that was needed and he did it well. I miss him being in Ohio. He is the BEST!

Friendly dental hygienists that provide additional resources for healthy techniques and tools for optimal teeth health. Dr.Jolly is a extremely professional and really good! Never waited longer than 5 minutes to see him and no after discomfort regarding any procedures

DR Jolly and his staff are fantastic! Very professional and personable. I've found my new dentist! If you are searching for a new dentist, DR Jolly is who you want, he will do what you need done, and not "pad the bill" with work that isn't necessary. I travel from Charlotte to see him.
