I'm very grateful for the professional hard work that had been done to my mouth. This is literally the only company that takes HIP insurance in our area and that alone is something be grateful for . They take a lot of care in making sure that they do their procedures in the safest way they can for the patients health . Also the surgeon called to make sure I was ok each time I had work done by him. I have no complaints about this company and I would definitely recommend them. I seen someone mentioned in a review that the surgeon had an attitude with his work team while they were in there but I never experienced anything like that, plus they are human and sometimes we have bad days . They seem to be a very busy all the time and sometimes that can be very stressful. Thank you Dr.Homrighausen and your team for all the hard work and for helping people that have HIP insurance.

They need a whole office staff. Very rude and unprofessional. I'd rather go through this pain than to go back to their office.. they need customer service classes. The surgeon is fairly nice though. But that's about it. Nothing good to say about them.

I was refrerred to Dr homrighausen from a family friend for getting some of my teeth removed. From the very first call to the office to walking out the door leaving the staff went above and beyond and was so amazing!! I was already stressed and anxious but they assured me everything was gonna be ok. The only issue I have with Dr. Homrighausen is the way he treats his employees!! He would yell at them in front of other patients and almost act like a child throwing a tantrum because something didn't go his way. This was unacceptable in my eyes and also to the wonderful staff he was doing it too. The office was very clean and nice and Dr. Homrighausen was very nice to me and did take great care of me during this difficult time. Thank you again to the wonderful staff here and please know I will never forget your kindness! You guys are what make this office amazing!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This oral surgeon office was very disrespectful to me over the phone. I can't imagine how they treat clients who decide to trust them with their teeth. Absolutely uncalled for!! Would not recommend this unprofessional practice!!

I went in for a new patient appointment and I want to start off by saying that the staff was very pleasant. From the first time of contacting the office until the time I went in, I had a very positive experience and they were good about calling back to confirm my appointment. From that time until I got in the office, I was under the impression that I was in good hands. Everything was clean and very apparent they are following all safety measures. They got me in quickly and I was taken back to watch a video in regards to the extraction of wisdom teeth and once the video was over, from there things went south.I then began to hear yelling. Keep in mind this is not a huge office and there are other patients being seen at this time. It took a moment for me to realize that the yelling was actually the doctor belittling and degrading the staff. Now I do understand that we all have our days but it was so unprofessional and uncaused for. You have an office full of patients who can clearly hear you and for you as a professional to speak in that matter to anyone was appalling. I have never been to any office and seen any behavior like this. I really need my teeth pulled but it was so disturbing that I canceled my appointment and left the office. I, number one, don't want anyone that would act like that to perform any type of services on me and secondly felt so awful for the staff. With the times that we are currently in, no one should have to come into their place of employment and have to be treated in that matter or deal with anyone like that. There is a wonder he still has any staff because I would have definitely walked out on that day. It truly was so disturbing that it messed up my entire day. I was so upset that anyone would behave like that towards people that work for you. They are there to assist and to ensure that your practice is thriving. They are a reflection of you and the first impression that we have of your practice. For you to treat anyone like that and then still expect them to work in a manner that is conducive to performing their daily workload is ridiculous. If this is how you would treat your staff then I can only imagine the way the doctor would treat the patients. The fact that these women still walked around with a smile on their face and then apologized to me is very telling of them and their work ethic. I want to thank them all and say that he is truly blessed to have them as his staff. I am just praying for peace for his staff because no one should have to deal with that and I'm just praying that this is not the normal for them. I will be looking for any additional steps that can be taken on my end because this was just truly disturbing for me. These are rough times and I currently work with insurance and referral management, there is no wonder there is such an influx in mental health. We all need our sanity and no one should have to endure that.

I took my husband to this office yesterday to have 2 of his teeth extracted. They were able to get him in the same day!! I was super pleased from the moment I called. My husband kept saying how friendly the staff and Dr. H was to him. I know he was super nervous going in so it made me feel good knowing they helped him be at ease.

From the first phone call, all the way to where a staff member walked us out to the car,Dr H and his staff were Top Notch. They took Great care of my Granddaughter, put her at ease, answered Every question I had and on top of all that made us feel like Family.

I was referred to the office from our family pediatric dentist. I called in March and was given an appointment in May. I called the office a few weeks before my appointment to see if I could change my appointment and make it earlier if they had any cancellations. They said the next available appointment would be in August so I refused the next available and told them to keep my appointment as is. I left the day of my appointment from Evansville Indiana on my way to new Albany Indiana a 2 hour drive! Gas prices almost 3$ A tank and I'm driving close to 180 miles. My appointment was on a school day early in the morning. I took my son out of school for the day and started my drive early in the morning at 8am, half way to New Albany I called to double check the address I had was correct. When I gave them my sons name she could t find his appointment. she looked further and said now my appointment was moved the July! July!!!!!! Where when and how did that happen Why wasn't I informed Why did they move my appointment I refused when I called to change my appointment to a further date I wanted an earlier day not further! The lady on the phone was rude and in compassionate I was driving so far and i was given no explanation as how or why they could just reschedule me without being informed. I was stuck in New Albany 2 hrs away from my house for me reason. She didn't even try to explain or show any concern or be sympathetic to the situation. It was their fault and they didn't nothing to help make the situation better ! Very upset and very disappointed I would love the option to give a 0 star not even 1
