Dr. Matthew Kotapish is the kindest most caring doctor I've ever encountered. I was in tremendous pain with my tooth and quite nervous about the needed procedure. His calming and caring demeanor made me calm and comfortable right away. He explained the procedure to me and made me feel comfortable about going through it. Everything went without complications and very swiftly and I was relieved of my horrible pain. And on top of it I was able to get in the very same day that my dentist had called in and asked for an emergency appointment. I felt very grateful and lucky that this problem could be solved within one day! Also I did not want to forget to mention that his entire team is tremendously hospitable and friendly. Thank you Dr. Kotapish!

I cannot thank Dr Kotapish and his team enough. They are truly the best. From start to finish every interaction I had here was amazing. I had been experiencing horrible pain, everyone else wanted to make me wait 2+ weeks, my dentist knew I needed to be seen sooner and Akron Endodontics was able to get me in the next day. Everyone was incredibly kind and caring. Every step of my appointment was explained in a way i was able to understand. My appointment and treatment were done within an hour and I was able to walk out with relief after a week of horrible pain. Dr. Kotapish even took his own time to contact me the next day to check on how I was doing. If you're anything like me and came to google to check the reviews because you were referred and are nervous take my word when I say you are in the absolute best hands here!

The office staff worked so hard to get me in the door weeks before my scheduled appointment. I was in a lot of pain, and I cant thank them enough for getting me in the chair so quickly! As for the root canal itself, it was painless, and I instantly felt the relief. If you need a root canal, this is the place to go!

There is no other endontist in Ohio I'd rather go to. Quick and painless root canal, unlike my regular dentist (which was the most painful root canal / dental work I've ever had done!) Secretary's are Karen's

I have entered the world of root canals with the same feelings of trepidation that others have expressed. Dr. Matthew Kotapish and his staff were compassionate and professional throughout the whole process. My first root canal was atypical in that it requires additional work due to the complexity of the tooth, but they were committed to my comfort, answered every question, and followed up at each stage of the process. I highly recommend Akron Endodontics and Dr. Matthew Kotapish.

I had an appointment with Dr. Matthew Kotapish today for a root canal. From the moment you step inside this office, you are greeted warmly with complete professionalism. Dr. Kotapish explained the procedure and during the entire appointment continued to ask if I was doing "ok", and emphasized that if I was in any pain (which I never was), to be sure and let him know. His assistant was very knowledgable and helped keep the procedure on task. I would highly recommend Dr. Kotapish for your endodontics' needs.

I had a really bad experience with my previous dentist ignoring my pain until it turned into a serious problem. The staff here were very understanding about my trepidation and did everything they could to put me at ease. I had a problem with the pharmacy and the Dr was prompt about calling them so the appointment could be held. Its clear to me they care about their patients. Thank you for taking care of me!

Kind, caring and professional staff. Had a pleasant experience from the start from speaking with staff about scheduling, patience with discussing my dental benefits to the actual root canal procedure. There were no complications and they still called the next to check in to see how I was feeling. I was nervous about the appointment but my nerves were quickly calmed from the care and kindness I received. Cannot recommend this practice enough.
