These types of forward guided facial improvements cannot be achieved by traditional orthodontic methods. These results can only be achieved by using facial growth guidance appliances. Facial growth guidance appliances promote horizontal guidance of the lower one third of the face. Movie stars and models exhibit this forward horizontal development of the lower third of the face.

We can effectively give attractive facial growth guidance to most children if we begin their orthodontic treatment by ages 5-7 years. Traditional orthodontic treatment begins at about age 12. At this age, facial growth guidance is much more difficult to achieve. In addition, almost all traditional orthodontic methods result in a less attractive face, even though the teeth are straight.

Brackets and archwires are placed behind your teeth. These lingual brackets are the only 100% customized brackets on the orthodontic market today. No one will know that you are wearing braces unless you tell them.

Cathy and Brooke are certified by the state of Indiana in expanded duties. They received their training at the Indiana University School of Dentistry. Their certification qualifies them to place restorations in teeth after Dr. Fletcher removes all decayed lesions.

Brooke can answer your questions and concerns regarding the use of functional appliances. She has suffered from a TMD and has benefited from treatment using functional appliances. As a result of first-hand experience, she understands your concerns and questions regarding their use.

Jeanne will be assisting those of you suffering from TMD. She has taken many hours of continuing education in the administrative aspect for TMD. She will work with TMD documentation, TMD insurance issues, and communicate with your medical physicians.

Melissa and Deanna received their training and hygiene education from the Indiana University School of Dentistry. They have the clinical skills and knowledge to help you get the gum and bone surrounding your teeth in optimal health. They will also take the time to explain to you the dangers of gum and bone disease and the treatments available to arrest it.

Melissa and Deanna also provide other dental services for your entire family. They will place sealants on your children's teeth in order to reduce the likelihood of tooth decay. In addition, they will perform tooth whitening procedures on your teeth that are discolored or if you desire a brighter, whiter smile.
