Dr Penney is the best! He and his staff were friendly and efficient! He had completed my root canal within 30 min. I will go to no one else for root canal.

Hes fast and efficient but HE SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO WORK ON HIS PEOPLE SKILLS. I've never been talked to like I was a dog at the dentist. Hes unprofessional with his choice of words. NO COMPASSION FOR HUMANS. Gaslighting narcissist.

Dr. Penny figured out which tooth was the problem child in a matter of minutes! My root canal was done the same day and it was the most pain-free dental experience I've ever gotten! Great staff and a laid back atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend!

Best dental experience of my life. Ive always been scared of root canals and had my first one. It was quick and painless. Dr. Penny's positive and friendly personality made me feel at ease during the procedure. Highly recommend!

Can't say enough great things about this business! The entire team is exceptional. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel right at home and relaxed, which is normally the opposite of what I am feeling in a dental facility! Dr. Penney is professional, very friendly/funny, and is extremely skilled in what he does! My case was very complex and I didn't feel a thing! I was nervous because I've had bad experiences in the past, but Dr Penney's establish is completely different! They are TOP NOTCH! Highly Recommend!

If I could give a 10/10 on Dr. Penny I would. I knew my tooth was bothering me but had no idea I needed work done on it. Dr. Penny and his staff were amazing and in no time (like 30 minutes) I was on my way back to work. I am a wimp and usually need LOTS of pain medicine but he did a root canal almost pain free. All I can say is WOW and it is so worth it to use a specialist. For the first time in a year, I am pain free on this tooth.

Dr. J. Penney lll. is the most accomplished Dental professional i have ever had the pleasure of being a patient. At no point did i feel any pain or any discomfort, the staff noticed i was extremely nervous and thats when someone turned on the shiatsu massage built into the chair, instant relaxation, .no need for gas, and you will not feel even a slight pinch from a needle, Dr. Penney has a unique way of delivering a numbing shot, that the area he works on that offers zero pain, i dont believe my experience with my root canal is any different than anyone else... thank you for making a scary situation i to an absolute pleasure, Best dentist in Arkansas,

Excellent technician. The root canal was quick and painless. However, the conversation during the procedure left much to be desired. It is inappropriate and unprofessional to discuss charged subjects such as religion or politics in front of a new client.

Highly recommend! Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. Penney and staff did a fantastic job and I can say far surpassed what I had imagined. No pain, procedure went smoothly and I am rather pleased. Side note: Dr. Penney is quite entertaining (interesting conversation and had me laughing throughout). This really helped to make it a great experience and ease my nerves! A+++(Never thought I'd say that about an extraction!)

I had to go see Dr. Penney for a revision on two botched root canals that got infected (done by a different dentist) and I was SO IMPRESSED and pleased with the experience. I am in my first trimester and was expecting it to be a huge undertaking...he was in and out in 40 minutes. I had mild soreness following the procedure for a day, and then was completely pain free. Dr. Penney and his entire staff were incredibly personable and kind, and told me multiple times that if I needed to come back for a bite adjustment I could bring my kids with me and they'd watch them for me. I wish Dr. Penney did general dentistry too so I could give him my business more, but I'm so grateful to know we've got an excellent endodontist nearby if we ever need it!!!

VA sent me to Dr. Penney for a root channel. He and his staff made this process so easy and explained to me during process. He used the right amount of pain reliever to ease the procedure. Very professional! Great communication skills! Would use again!

I came to Dr. Penney with an emergency and all the staff exceeded my expectations. This is an incredible place where I got the best care and compassion when I was in a lot of pain. My visit was unplanned (because it was emergency) and the staff made its best to fit me in the schedule the next day. After I came in once, the doctor worked with me the same day when I called until I felt pain free and comfortable. I am super grateful to everyone in this clinic for everything they did for me to feel best ASAP. Every single person who works there personally asked me if I felt better by the end of my first visit. Thank you all so much once again!

Nobody wants a root canal. If you do get one here you'll get it done while in a massage chair. Seriously blew my mind. Super clean, super courteous and knowledgeable staff. I just wanted to hang out here all day and swap stories. Literally Nobody says that about a dentist office but it's true for this one.
