For over 25 years, Dr. James A. Grabow has been providing his patients with exceptional comprehensive orthodontic care. Highly educated, he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University in 1986. Dr. Grabow then completed an orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics residency, as well as received his Master of Science degree, in 1989.
Dr. Grabow feels it is important to stay on the cutting-edge of orthodontics. Thus, he maintains memberships in many prestigious professional organizations to keep up-to-date on the latest techniques and technology. He is currently a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, California Association of Orthodontists, California Dental Association, San Joaquin Dental Association, Seattle Study Club and the Sonora Study Club.
Dr. Grabow was raised in Sonora, and after completing his education, he returned to the area because he thinks it's such a great place to raise a family. Dr. Grabow is married to his wife, Colette, and they have two boys. He enjoys boating, skiing and traveling.

Our staff is highly skilled, well trained and has years of experience treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
I've been in the dental field since 1976 and working with Dr. Grabow as one of his assistants since 1996. I love being part of a practice that truly cares about their patients. When I'm not working, I love spending time with family and friends, as well as enjoying the outdoors.
I've been in the dental field since 2013. I love working for a doctor who truly cares about his patients. It's also a joy to watch our patients grow and change as their smile changes. When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two kids and two dogs.

Becarful the Women manager and old men dentist are thieves when you pay cash . please be warning and check your recipes at all times . $ 1,500.. money stolen... I do not recommend these place special those people.

They are great! The personnel are friendly, the facilities are immaculate, the technology they are using is the most up to date tools available. They have made my 8 year old feel very comfortable and more then happy to come in for a visit and a checkup on her progression.
