We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Dr. James A. Crouch has been a resident of the New Orleans area since 1974 and a practicing dentist in Kenner for over 30 years. Through his years of practice, he has gained vast experience in General and Cosmetic Dentistry: Crowns and Bridges, Veneers, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Implants, and beautiful smile restorations!
Dr. Crouch earned his DDS from the LSU School of Dentistry in 1984. Currently, he is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental association, and the New Orleans Dental Society. Dr. Crouch takes advantage of continuing education opportunities to bring advancements in techniques and procedures to his patients. From 2012 to 2013 he spent over 150 hours in the classroom and clinic with the Garg Institute to become certified in surgical implant placement.
In his spare time, Dr. Crouch spends time with his wife of over 35 years, Kathy, his children, and grandchildren. Together they enjoy taking part in the rich culture of the city and supporting the New Orleans Saints.

I had been so afraid to go to the dentist after a very bad experience years ago, but after visiting Dr. Crouch office this morning, I have my confidence back to start going to the dentist again. He made me feel like I had been his patient for years and he have the best bedside manners ever!!! After being in excruciating pain with infection in my gum for almost a week, he was a lifesaver today for me and have me on the road to recovery. I told him before I left his office that he just gained a new patient. Thanks so much Dr. Crouch and your assistant that helped every step of the way to release that infection from my gum today. I appreciate you both so much. If you're looking for the best dentist ever, look no further, call Dr. Crouch office. You will be glad you did, Ms. Granger

Best Dentist in the world. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Very experienced, very professional and very funny. Plus, I didn't feel a thing and my teeth were messed up pretty bad. Very embarrassing! He didn't make me feel badly about my appearance, discussed the plan with me on paper and did the job with else. Best Dentist in the world hands down!!!!!!!

Best Dentist in the world. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Very experienced, very professional and very funny. Plus, I didn't feel a thing and my teeth were messed up pretty bad. Very embarrassing! today I woke up in the morning with a horrible toothace. From past experiences I thought I was gonna have to deal with this pain for at least a week. Dr james took me right in. His amazing staff and himself had me feeling like a million bucks in less than an hour. Thank you so much to dr James and the wonderful staff there. For making me feel at home. Anyone looking for a great local dentist. Stop searching and call him now!!!

God bless Dr. Crouch! While out of town on business, I had a severely impacted wisdom tooth that gave probably the most pain I've ever had in my life. Without an advance appointment and seeing how miserable I was, he and his staff fit me in, and extracted the offending tooth, and got me back on the road to recovery. They were compassionate, personable, and professional throughout. I cannot thank them enough for this. Again, Dr. Crouch and his staff are the best of the best!

Went in as a first time patient for a cleaning. The staff was friendly I think I've found my new Family Dentist! Definitely recommend this office! They also worked with my insurance although they were out of my network!
