Me and my son are traumatized. The Dr who performed his procedure, Dr Gregg, didn't even acknowledge my son when he came in the room , he didn't establish a rapport or talk to him to make him feel comfortable and at ease. He didn't even explain to my son what he was about to do before doing it. My son was yelling, confused about what was going on, screaming and scared and Dr Gregg didn't acknowledge him not once or comfort him during the procedure. He ignored my son and kept working like my son didn't matter at all. The way they were forceful with the instruments and dropping instruments that got caught in his hair, the way the Dr never took the time to make sure my son was ok because he was not. I've never seen a Pediatric Dr handle a child/patient in that manner. My son doesn't even want to go back to the dentist. Now I have to work 3 times as hard to comfort and console him before another dentist appointment. The staff had my son in the system as a girl, and only one young lady acknowledged that mistake. No one else did. If you do not truly care about children then please do not work on our kids, if you don't believe in establishing a rapport with children and making them comfortable or comforting them when they are scared please do not work on our kids. It traumatizes not only the child but the parent as well.

I kept getting refreal to different dentist, extending the time of my daughters cavities. Which was very frustrating. But jamboree was able to get us in consultation appt asap and now my daughter is schedule for her treatment. Overall this place was clean, all the assistance were super nice to my daughter which matters a lot. And the doctor inform me of what will be done. I will update after the treatment is done. Thank you jamboree.
