Today's appointment, 11/2/22, was the best experience we have had at Jamboree Dental. The dentist was friendly. The dental hygienist was excellent. She was professional, informative, and gentle. She took her time and explained everything she was about to do to my granddaughter. My granddaughter loved her. I would like to request her all the time. Thank you, Jamiece.

I brought my son to this office because he is extremely uncooperative and unbelievably fearful and will not even let them look in his mouth they were extremely experienced in dealing with children. And they actually got him to relax and get some things done. They also offer sedation for children that are uncooperative for certain procedures which would be my case. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

This place is WONDERFUL!! My 4yo woke up crying in pain and I noticed a cavity, i looked for a pediatric dentist and Jamboree had great reviews so i called them and they got her in 2 days later (which is great for an emergency appt around here) the staff was wonderful, the dentist was so kid friendly and really took his time with her. They have TV's in the ceiling above the chairs they sit in for the extraction! I wish i could give them 10 stars because my 4yo daughter never even flinched, cried, or even moved when they took the tooth out because they did everything to make sure she was comfortable and not afraid! I made appointments for my other kids, and this is now our pediatric dentist!

They always take their time and treat my little Nicholas with kindness when we go to his appointments at Jamboree Dental. I just recommend Jamboree this morning at the bus stop.

Had an awful experience at our previous dentist getting appointments to get work done, 9 months later and still no surgery date. Jamboree had us in within a couple weeks and a surgery date set by the end of our appointment! Fast and great with our kiddos!

My family and I waited an hour past our appointment knowing we have paper work we come early not on time. I have never waited past an hour for my own apt let alone with children. I can understand being short handed and other things that happen. When we finally went back to the room there's several ladies back there and only one actually doing any work. It's frustrating knowing there is noincentive for being on time or early so you just have to wait with not so patient children (which I don't blame them) I could have rescheduled but it's out till January, so an hour or three months. Both ungodly, they either need to cut back on how many patients they see at a time especially if it's staffing difficulties. I also informed the receptionist of the condition of the bathroom. The toilet paper rolls (several) were thrown on the floor. No access to clean paper. Since waiting that hour. Nothing was done about it. It's sad because this place has always been great with my kids but even that if far fetched. I asked for them to use to actual dental tooth brush on my son who is two and they dismissed me and didn't even acknowledge it. I know exposure makes them comfortable but I can use an electronic tooth brush on him at home. So there was no exposure to show or teach him the proper dental cleaning.

I would honestly probably leave zero stars if I could. My sons first experience at the dentist has left him petrified to ever go again. The lady that was going to do his X-rays didn't explain what she was doing to him and just started trying to shove things in his face. When he did open his mouth she again didn't explain and yelled at him when he started pulling away. He didn't end up getting X-rays at all. The dentist finally came in to look at him and didn't even turn on the light or use any tools. They said he had to see someone else because he needed sedated and they didn't know when the anesthesiologist would be there again. They wrote him a prescription for an antibiotic and when we were on our way home I noticed his birthdate was wrong. I went back to the office because I knew the pharmacy wouldn't fill it that way. The girl at the desk printed him new prescriptions and when I told her it would need the Dr's signature she proceeded to sign it herself and hand it to me. I will definitely never take my son back here.

Absolutely worse place I've dealt with. I was told my son needed surgery. Waited for months to find out his paperwork was sent to someone elses chart to wait more months to be told his insurance isn't approved for surgery which she knew it wouldn't with how old he is even using that as an excuse.Mind you I had to call several times to even have them keep on his case so we ended up switching up the game plan to be called five hours before his appointment requesting additional paperwork that should have been requested when they set up his appointment or even called a few days before not five hours before his appointment. Not only did I have to rent a car to get there I also lost out on a days work. So thank you for wasting months of my life for my son to still be in pain. Come up people do better than that
