The only reason for the one star is I was not informed my insurance is out of network. The front desk had my information well in advance as I could not be seen for a few weeks after booking my appointment. Not one time before my appointment did anyone mention my insurance is out of network until I was presented with a $1000 out-of-pocket quote. I proceeded to have my upper right side gums taken care of due to inflammation and only paid for the upper right side $276. I called my insurance company, and they mentioned that's not how much the procedure costs and my out-of-pocket is $190. I called the office for a refund of the remaining they charged me and I was told they charged me $80 for the laser they used, which was not covered by the insurance. I was never asked if they should use this laser on me and that it would not be covered by insurance. I would have said no. I would have said no to the whole appointment if I knew my insurance is out of network. I was already there for over an hour before I was presented with the quote and a total of over two hours for the whole appointment. As wonderful as the doctor and the staff are, I think this place lacks transparency and integrity. It looks like the same thing happened to another person below who shared their experience. I reached out to another dentist with hundreds of 5 stars in Lincoln and they immediately told me my insurance is in network. So I schedule additional procedures with them.

I was recently in for a veneer consultation and Tyler took my photos and walked me through every aspect of the veneer process, he guided me in designing my goal smile and was so knowledgeable and honest with all my questions. The last thing he did was take impressions which are never fun but he was so gentle and clean that it was very tolerable. I'm still early in the whole process but so far I am so very excited to work with Dr. Curtis and her team! 10/10 recommend!!

Dr. Curtis and her team are so welcoming!!! As a patient who experiences anxiety at the dentist I am always at such ease when I come to my appoints here. The staff is so oind and professional. I truly feel like a friend and not just another patient.

Most individuals have some anxiety about going to the dentist to have any major procedure, and so was I. All my apprehension however was rapidly allayed after I met with Dr. Curtis and her professional and pleasant staff. They were caring and showed extreme patience during and after the procedure. I even was followed up at home after the procedure to see how I was doing. I highly recommend her dental practice for everyone who is looking for an uneventful dental experience.

Dr. Curtis and her staff were absolutely amazing! They got me in the day I called as a new patient and went above and beyond to take care of my issue. I am so thankful I found them. I finally feel like my dental needs will be taken care of properly and with all the best intentions. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a dental office that is exceptionally skilled and that truly cares about their patients.

My family have been patients of Dr. Curtis for 12 years. As her office has grown, she has hired the kindest and most patient staff that make a visit to her office enjoyable even with dental work. It is amazing what a blanket and music and a patient person listening to you can do for dental office anxiety. Rest assured, Dr. Curtis is highly competent and still amazes me with her expertise and attention to detail. As an RN, I have high standards for any healthcare practitioner and I recommend Dr. Curtis without reservation!
