A proud native of Lake Country, Mary Frances is thrilled to bring her family dental practice to her hometown of Oconomowoc. She received her Bachelor of Science degree at Marquette University and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Minnesotas School of Dentistry in Minneapolis.
She completed a two-year residency program at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, where she served veterans with comprehensive dental care. There she orchestrated complex treatment plans encompassing all facets of dentistry, notably: the restoration of dental implants, crowns, bridges, root canals, removal of teeth, and the fabrication of removable prostheses such as dentures or partials.
Dentistry runs in the Jahnke family and Mary Frances is proud to continue the legacy. Her grandfather Earl Jahnke was a general dentist outside of Madison, and her late father Peter Jahnke was a periodontist (gum specialist) here in Oconomowoc. Mary Frances learned from the best, and so gained her passion for providing patients with a comfortable and painless dental experience.

Dr Yahnke an extremely good dentist. She takes her time to explain what is your best option. She is so good to put her patients at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Yahnke. Her office personel are friendly, helpful and always greeting you with a smile. I feel very lucky to have her as my dentist.

Awesome Dentist! I definitely recommend! Everyone at the office is very friendly and welcoming, and they all do everything they can to help! We've bounced around between dentists, but this is the best one we have ever been to, and I don't think we will switch ever again! Thank you guys for everything!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Jahnke. She was very thorough, explained what she was doing during each step, and made it enjoyable. I'm not a fan of the dentist to begin with but she made the whole process very easy. I would recommend Jahnke Dental to anyone! Thank You!!!

I came to Dr. Jahnke for a second opinion on some dental diagnoses. My experience was absolutely amazing! She is very welcoming and understanding. Her dental knowledge is so vast and she is the type of person you want in your corner when it comes to diagnostics. Her office is spacious, very clean, and up-to-date. Her staff is also wonderful. The entire visit was very relaxing and I came away from her office feeling assured and well taken care of!

Wow, Dr. Jahnke is the best! Have been going to her for three years and every experience has been positive, even dental work for a new crown. Even during routine cleanings, not only is she thorough, Dr. Jahnke takes the extra time to ask about me and my family.
