I am passionate about providing individualized care for each of my patients. I enjoy getting to know them and listening to their needs and goals for their oral health. It's exciting to help them create a unique care plan to meet their needs.
I want my patients to know how honored I am that they entrust their dental health and smile to me. I want to form a partnership with each patient. Working together, we can achieve optimal oral health. I am here for my patients, and actively work to ensure they are comfortable.
I was awarded my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington School of Dentistry following my bachelor's degree at Seattle Pacific University, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude. Oral healthcare is a field where there are ongoing changes in treatments, new materials being developed, and technological breakthroughs happening. It's essential that I remain current on these changes, as my patients look to me to provide them with the best care and treatments.
I take continuing education courses throughout the year to keep up with the most current, scientifically proven techniques and treatments. I am active in the Washington State Dental Association Academy and take advantage of the opportunity to learn from the best specialists in the state. Feel free to ask me about the last interesting course I took!
When I'm not at work, you can find me spending time with friends and family. My family lives close, in Auburn and Maple Valley, and includes mynephew, Carter, and my niece, Kylie. My two dogs, a Shiba Inu puppy Kona, and a Border Collie/Lab rescue Luna, keep me busy with walks around the neighborhood and going to dog parks.
I enjoy challenging myself and am an avid runner and have completed six half-marathons and one full marathon. The outdoors are a passion of mine; I spend time outdoors gardening, walking my dogs, hiking, and enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
I love being part of and contributing to our community. One of the most rewarding ways I have served has been to volunteer for free dental care days in the area. I am alsoinvolved with the great services offered by the YMCA. I've been honored to be part of this amazing nonprofit by teaching kids about oral health at the Early Learning Center and volunteering at the annual Healthy Kids Day.
Animals are a great passion of mine, and our office is proud to be a Corporate Sponsor for the Seattle Humane. Their work serving pets and families in our community is unparalleled, and we support their work completing families and rescuing pets. I am also involved with the YMCA annual fundraising campaign, Boots and Bowties Benefit Gala,and their Adopt-a-Family program for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I have received the best dental care I have ever had at this office. Everybody there was so professional and wonderful. I'm very pleased with the work done. We drove all the way from Arlington to come here and it was completely worth it. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

What an incredible experience. The staff took special effort to ensure I understood every step and helped prioritized my care. Additionally, the hygienist, Lucy, was careful and gentle during my visit. Checking in with me and making sure I was comfortable.

Dr Jagow and her team are simply the best. I had an Uncle who was my dentist and nobody was as kind, thoughtful or concerned as him ...til I met Dr Jagow. I drive from West Seattle to Mountlake Terrace because the patient care and professionalism is off the charts. Thank you to the whole staff. Oddly it's kind of a really good experience every time!! I've always been nervous of the dentist. Alexa was kind while getting me settled for my appointment. So after meeting my hygienist Lisa and Dr.Jagow I felt completely relaxed. Dr.Jagow explained everything to me and made sure I understood regardless of any language barriers. I'm so grateful!

Like most, I am one to skip the biannual visit to the dentist. However, I look forward to my next appointment with Terrace Creek Dental Care. As a new patient I was met with a sense of familiarity that one earns after many years. I had the pleasure of meeting Alexa, Lisa, and Dr.Jagow. Especially Alexa, who immediately made me feel comfortable and at home.

After just one cleaning all they did was keep founding more and more problems with my teeth. So that they could keep charging me. They are for profit practice, not for dental needs of their patients. The front office worker made a comment about "dang you have good insurance" not sure what that meant, but as a young black professional I felt very put off and disrespected by that. Soon after that comment, that's when I noticed that I needed all of these dental procedures done. They even called me to come in a pick up a check due to being over charged, but I believe that was the Dr's way of trying to see why I stop coming. They assumed it was because I'd moved, but I really stop going due to them taking advantage of me, and making me feel uncomfortable as a black women.

I am new to Terrace Creek Dental Care and have to say I am very impressed. I had an onlay done and the attention to my feel around the fit and bite of the new surface was the best I've ever experienced! Dr. Jagow and staff are amazing. So happy to have found them!

I started going to this office about a year ago and have had a few procedures and cleanings done. The entire staff are friendly! Kathryn is patient, professional and efficient. I feel confident in her care. I find the pricing to be very reasonable as well.

My elderly mom was treated by Dr Jogow, I was able to stay in the room to witness her professionalism, very through, calm and caring,she called my mom the next day,the Dr is willing to talk about cost before service also since we had very little insurance

I have been a patient of Dr Jagow for 6 years now. Before we moved here I can honestly say that I was not a fan of going to the dentist and would avoid going unless absolutely necessary. I now know what it feels like to have a great experience at the dentist. I appreciate the care and extra effort everyone puts into each of my visits to make sure I understand what is going on and how we can keep my teeth healthy. I have an infant and he recently had his first visit to the dentist. Like always a very fun and smooth event. Even during a pandemic. I would definitely recommend Dr Jagow and team to anyone looking for a Dentist. Keep up the GREAT work!

Update: No bill was ever sent but now I've been sent to collections. Your staff need training! Had to get the crown redone as well Receptionist lied to me about how much I owed after I told told them we were struggling to afford treatment. Now they are harassing me for double what I paid because she was wrong! To make matters worse my State dental provider found that they did a horrible job setting the crown and I am out even more money if they are unable to correct the error next week.

Dr. Jagow and her full team of hygienists and Admin staff are simply the best. It is evident that each person truly cares about the patient's wellbeing and satisfaction with their experience. Perhaps the most amazing skill Dr. Jagow and team hold is their ability to turn something that most of us dread and fear into a comfortable, smooth and - yes - even pleasant experience! I've come in for regular cleanings, crown and filling replacements and (eep!) a couple of cavities too. My teeth and mouth are in much better shape thanks to the team. A+ all the way!

Seriously the most friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy dentist and staff I have ever been too. I'm pretty sure Dr Jagow office is the closet you can get to "looking forward to the dentist" but I know and trust I'm in good hands with her and her staff. She does an incredible job thoroughly explaining things so you can make educated decisions on your dental care and hygiene. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Warm, compassionate, gentle, friendly and thorough. My son loves her, and he was afraid of going to the dentist before Dr. Jagow. Her staff is also very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend her.
