Hence, why I have kept coming all this time. The staff are very friendly and professional, and the doctor is highly skilled and knowledgeable. The dentist can be a scary place for some people, but they help you feel at ease at Jadent. You can always be confident that you are in some of the best hands. I recieve regular quality cleanings and oral exams to maintain good dental health. The professionals at Jadent truly care about their patients' well being. This place it's a nightmare ..I don't know if it's just receptionist or the dentist is also in it . The receptionist have been rude they call and cancel the day before and then give you a new appt another month away ,that the doctor is sick , the doctor had surgery is recovering, doesn't take patients after 4 pm , it's always some excuse and unprofessional like I'm talking to my aunt from Cuba . I scheduled an appt a month ago and got rescheduled and got cancelled on yet again. And SHE even said I could go some where else ! What ? My appts are scheduled around my kids school hours not at the office convenience . I'm not taking my kids back there ! And also their cleaning is very mediocre ..I can't tell the difference . I hope their bad service catches up to them .

My Kids and I have been a patients for many years. I have severe anxiety when I go to the dentist but the staff are always friendly and put me at ease. I enjoy the smiling faces and great attitudes that everyone has. Very professional people and great environment. Dr. is always making sure you are comfortable and treats everyone with a great bedside manner...I wouldn't go anywhere else . I highly recommend this place is you want to have a successful visit to the dentist.

my experience at jadent was horrible to say the least.. i went in to get a job done for my teeth, sort of a mold they made them and when it was time to try it on my teeth they did not fit correctly and we're poorly mace and were very uncomfortable, I told them so we went back and forth a couple times to get them fixed correctly, but that's was not the case each time I went in to try them, they did not fit and still were very painful and just made them horrible. On top of all that, the reported to my insurance that I took the mold they made home and used them and then came back a couple weeks later and returned them. Which was a LIE... I never got the mold made correctly for my teeth and was still charged by my insurance for the simple fact of them lying and saying I took the molds home.. NEVER GO HERE !!!! If you do beware and watch out in everything they do correctly from payments to the actual process..

Though a dental appointment might be considered one of the 10 most stressful life events, Doctor Arocha and her staff always make my visits enjoyable. Their service is professional and friendly; and I appreciate that they take care to follow safety protocols during the current pandemic. Though their parking spaces are limited, I've never had an issue finding one in the shopping plaza directly across the street.

I have been coming to JaDent for four years and I could not be happier. Before coming here I tried a handful of big national brand dentist offices and they always felt a bit dry/cold with how they treat customers. The Dentist wanted me in and out. But that was not the case here, and that is why I have kept coming back for years. They treat you like family. The Dr always has a smile on and will constantly make you laugh and feel comfortable. Even if you are just meeting her, you will feel like you've known her your whole life. I can not recommend her enough!
