For nearly 20 years, Dr. Connie Jacobson and the Jacobson Dental team have been bringing healthier, brighter smiles to our wonderful community in West Salem, Wisconsin, as well as the greater LaCrosse area.
It's our mission! As a family-oriented dental clinic we provide personalized, professional care with our full range of dental services - from preventive care to implants. We pay attention to the details to make your visit as easy and anxiety-free as possible. Our whole staff works to create beautiful and healthy smiles. We want you to know'we've got your smile.'
Since 1989, Dr. Jacobson has been creating model smiles for all ages. She began practicing dentistry in West Salem, Wisconsin in 1994 after purchasing the practice of Dr. David Scott. She moved to the dental office's present state-of-the-art building in 1998.
Dr. Jacobson is a graduate of the Marquette University School of Dentistry where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. She has practiced dentistry in the La Crosse area full-time since 1994.
Dr. Jacobson is actively involved in local, state and national dental organizations. She has attended extensive continuing education courses allowing her to practice orthodontics and TMJ therapy in addition to general dentistry.

Jacobson Dental is an amazing place to work; I feel so privileged to meet all of the great patients and to have a thoughtful, honest and intelligent dentist to work for and learn from! My family and I have been going to Jacobson dental for a couple of years. The last 3 visits have determined I will no longer recommend them. We live fairly close by, my kids met me there for one of their visits. They started working on my kids before an adult was there. I let that go, I went to have my teeth cleaned and it hurt so bad I was in tears. I had to go back for a cavity to be filled, she started numbing the wrong side of my mouth and the wrong tooth. Had I not said something she would have done a filling in a tooth that didn't need one. Then this last visit, they broke my daughters permanent retainer, then said they could fix it for $350! She's not an orthodontist, and they refused to do anything to make it right. So now I have to either go across the state and miss a day of work, where my daughters orthodontist is or pay an orthodontist here to fix what they broke!! Do NOT go here! Find someone else who will do right by their customers and not fill the wrong tooth!! I'd give 0 starts. It's just not an option!

I have been seeing Dr. Connie for over 10 years. I have tmj disorder and she is so caring, patient and gentle with me. I feel comfortable and receive a planned out treatment program for all of my dental needs.
