Terrible! 1) got a filling, then was told to get a root canal. When getting a crown from a different dentist, she said not all the decay was removed and had to go back in to remove the rest of the decay. A half finished job. 2) didn't inform me of the health differences between an extraction and a root canal. I had to do my own research to find out a root canal was better for my long term health. 3) they lost my x-rays! When I asked to have them transferred to my new dentist, they said they didn't have records of the x-ray even though they'd given me a copy of the photo. Absolutely incompetent. Avoid!

The dentist was argumentative concerning capping a tooth. He said it was a problem and that I knew the tooth was '"small" when I saw him and arranged for the work to be done. He was unable to provide a temporary cap. He blamed me for his deficiencies. Also. No Temperature is taken and when he saw another patient. He returned to me with the same blue gloves. I'm praying that I don't catch anything because he was drilling and digging in my mouth.

I went to Dr. Richard for a filling aka bonding on one of my teeth. He politely charged me 180.00. I paid. About 2 months after I felt that it had fallen out I went back. He made sure to tell me how much I bothered him by coming back. Not with verbage but with rudeness. He told me the bonding was still there. But it wasn't so I went else where n paid 180.oo for the bonding to be reapplied
