Dr Mark is without doubt the best. He cares about your well-being and follows up with a personal phone call to check on you. He's not just in it for the money. He genuinely cares. For me that's a AA+.

Dr.Jacob is amazing and so are the other employees. Got all 4 wisdom teeth out was a quick procedure didn't feel a thing and I'm on my 3rd day post op with very minimal pain

I couldn't recommend Dr. Jacob and his team more. His expertise and patient approach won't go unnoticed. Dr. Jacob preformed both my wisdom teeth removal and my double jaw surgery. I'm extremely grateful for his work.

I was recommended Dr. Jacob by my dentist, and overall I'm content with the experience. Every thing was explained in detail, and I was given a detail plan for my post doc. The operation, 2 wisdom extractions and a biopsy on my tongue, took no longer than 5-10 mins. Staff was really pleasant and even helped settle a situation I had with my pharmacy. Definitely recommend

I'm NOT a dentist person. I went YEARS without seeing one. When I was diagnosed with neck cancer I had to have six teeth removed, including the wisdom teeth. Dr. Jacob was AMAZING! He was patient and explained everything so I understood exactly what he was going to do. I felt nothing afterwards and even when the anesthetic wore off I had just minor pain that Tylenol took care of. I cannot recommend him enough!

Got one wisdom tooth removed. Dr Jacob is amazing and I would highly recommend coming here if you're nervous. The process was painless and it's been a few days after the surgery and I feel great. Thank You Dr. Jacob and Dora! for the outstanding work.

I would give Dr Jacob 10 stars if I was able to! I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled by him around 24 ago from when I'm writing this review. I was expecting to be in bed for at least the first three days but already a few hours after the surgery I was feeling pretty much fine. The only pain killers I've been taking are advil and Tylenol. Dr Jacob and his team are really detailed and don't overlook even a small detail. First when I got my panoramic x-ray he explained exactly what he was going to do and sent us home with a list of foods to get before the surgery so we wouldn't have to deal with that afterwards. He also had us fill the prescriptions before the surgery so I could start taking pain killers immediately. Then by the surgery he was really calm and reassuring. He even sprayed my arm with freezing cold water when he put the IV in so didn't have to feel it being put in. He also described to me what I would feel as he put the anesthesia in. One of the nurses also told me before that he also puts in special medications through the IV that prevent nausea and throwing up something that anesthesia causes. Then a few hours after the surgery his secretary called to find out how I was doing and a few hours later Dr. Jacob called to make sure I was doing fine. This is besides him giving my father his personal number to call if we had any questions. He also sends home detailed instructions when and if to take the different medications and how to take proper are of the incisions. All of my siblings had a much harder recovery. I found out that part of the reason my recovery has been so easy is because based on the positioning of my teeth in the gums (yes all my wisdom teeth were still in the gums)Dr. Jacob was able to just make a cut in the gum and pull out the teeth instead of making big holes. When I asked him about this his response was with precision and modern technology this is made possible. I don't think many oral surgeons would have attempted this. I think it's only because of his crazy amount of experience he has he knew to do this. I wish all doctors were as experienced and aps caring as Dr. Jacob is.

My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth extracted and the whole process from start to finish was flawless. Our consult was very informative and the day of the appointment could not have gone smoother. They are very very safe at the office. No one in the waiting area and you must wait in the hallway and you must wear a mask. 45 minutes later they called me (I was in the car) and I went upstairs. My daughter was done and ready to go home. I was given a bag of supplies, gauze, ice etc. All of the instructions were written out and I left there feeling as though I struck gold with Dr. Jacobs. He is very kind and his chair side manner is the utmost of professionalism. 2 people called me that afternoon and one of them was Dr. Jacob. I would recommend him and would have given him 10 stars!!!

Got two wisdom teeth pulled by Dr Jacobs and he did a wonderful job. Both procedures went smoothly, and he and his staff answered all my questions so the post-procedure care was smooth too. Very clean office and friendly staff. Would highly recommend!

Dr Jacob is a treasure. I had a freak accident damaging my teeth severely and he did an emergency surgery and saved my teeth. I'm forever grateful. The staff is lovely, professional and fair in helping me with my payment plan. I highly recommend him and you will not regret your decision selecting Dr J !!!!

We recently took our 19 year old daughter to see Dr. Jacob regarding her wisdom teeth. We had a consultation appointment during which all of our questions and concerns were thoroughly addressed and one week later she went in for the procedure (four wisdom teeth removed). Everything went smoothly- so easy- we could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Jacob and all of the staff were professional and friendly- we highly recommend them!

On November 21, 2018 (the day before Thanksgiving) I had my four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Mark Jacob. It was a super last-minute appointment, and I am so thankful he was able to fit me into his schedule before I had to return to college. Walking into his office, the waiting area is super white and clean and has a neat fish tank. Right away we (my Mom and I) were given a bunch of paperwork, and we got the impression that this office is very well organized and put together. In less than 5 minutes after turning in the paperwork we were led back to a room. (The office has just finished going through a bunch of renovations and looks super new and clean--also very up to date with new equipment and screens). Dr. Jacobs was super friendly and informative. After a great conversation with him I learned that he is a professor at a local dental school, and he was clear in his explanation of what the procedure would entail. He gave me a lot of tips for care, and afterwards I got a ton of papers and things to take home with me. I opted for the anesthesia option for the operation and before I went under the dental assistants were joking around with me. When I woke up, I was told that everything went well, and my mom was right there waiting for me. Dr. Jacob stopped in to check in on me right before I left, and was super friendly. After getting home I used ice packs and was even able to eat some sorbet that night. Dr. Jacobs also gave me the tip that I need to rinse after every bite of food to avoid an infection. I am happy to say that I did not get any infections, and that I barely had any swelling. The little bit of swelling I had went away after 5 days. The office even followed up with me a day after the procedure to check in and see how I was doing. You can tell that they really care. Yesterday (two months after the procedure) I went in for a regular dental cleaning and the doctor was shocked at how well everything had healed and how fast. I can't thank Dr. Jacob enough for his great work and welcoming office and staff.
