I picked Dr. Bradle's office because of their rating - which my husband and I live by. My interaction with the office began on their website when I clicked to schedule an appointment. I missed their call but the rep left a message. From the voice message through my visit today, the energy of the staff and Dr. Bradle was great. When I finally called back to make my appointment, I had quite a few questions BEFORE making the appointment, and not once was I ever made to feel like I was asking too many questions. Each question was answered with care and like they were looking forward to having me as a customer. On the day of my appointment - today - I actually forgot about my appointment but it worked out because the office needed to make an adjustment as well. In any case I made it and the experience was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly, from the lady greeted me, to the lady who took my x-rays, to the hygienist (I have not been very good with names lately), who very efficiently explained what she was going to do and then shared and explained the results. They remained customer focused and organized even as we needed to consider rescheduling my exam due to Dr. Bradle running just a tad bit behind. It all worked out in the end and Dr. was able to do complete my exam. She makes you feel very comfortable questions, and has wonderful chair side manners. I REALLY appreciated selecting Dr. Bradle's office and actually seeing Dr. Bradle. Bottom line: if you are looking for a clean dental office with a great office environment, great customer service, and wonderful chairside manner, call Dr. Bradle's office. If you are fearful of the dentist, call Dr. Bradle's office. I've never been fearful but if I were, visiting the Dr. and her team would have made a MAJOR difference after today. To Dr. Bradle and her team, I have only had the first appointment but my first impression is a great one. It has been a very long time since I've experienced REAL, GENUINE customer service. This will set you apart from everyone else. I look forward to bringing my entire family there. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

My first appointment with Dr. Bradle was today. They did my X-ray exams and cleaned my teeth. The hygienist was professional and very thorough. My previous hygienist with my former dentist was also good but she has not been as good through the years.And, my former dentist is semi-retired. So it was time for me to go elsewhere. I'm glad I did. Medicare pays for my dental X-rays and cleaning. With my previous dentist, I paid out of pocket because my dentist did not accept Medicare. I'm glad I made the switch.

Dr. Bradle spends a lot of time with you to answer questions and to make sure everything is ok. Everyone in the office has been super nice and helpful. This is the best dentist office I have ever been to.

Great care by Dr Bradle and the entire staff in the dental office provided to me and my youngest daughter. It's a very welcoming environment and Dr Bradle & staff truly cares for their patients.

My experience was amazing from the first step into her office the staff are so prfessional , kind and concerns for any patient that walks in . I highly recommend anyone you want a honest opion you need to see Dr. Bradle it's hard to find a honest Dentist . She is patients to sit and explain in detail what your procudure will be like with her soft kind voice , So any one looking for a perfectioniest look no more see Dr. Bradle you will walk out a very happy and confortable patient and will look forward to your next visit ! I have been going past few years. Dentist like Dr.Bradel are very , very hard to find you won't have any regrets I

I have been meaning to leave a review! I absolutely loved my experience with the entire team! All the women are nice and the atmosphere is comfortable! I had a lot of cavities and cleanings and although the dentist does not scare me...have no fear coming here! For me: they were upfront with cost, help you prioritize your needs and even text post appt. to make sure I was okay. I will be referring all my friends (and their kids) here! Thank you all for getting me back on track to having a healthy smile!

Dr. Bradle is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She is really good when it comes to minimizing dental pain and discomfort during dental procedures. I've been her patient now for almost three years, and the only regret that I have is that I did not discover her sooner.

Our visit was amazing. From the phone call to make the appointment to the time we walked out the door. Every single person we came in contact with was so welcoming, sweet, helpful, and kind. My daughter had to have an extraction, and was beyond nervous. Dr. Bradle and her staff went above and beyond to help her calm down and be comfortable. My daughter also dropped her tooth, and wasn't able to find it. Everyone including the receptionist got together and found her tooth so she could leave it for the tooth fairy. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bradle.

It was a very nice experience. I was very comfortable with the staff. They were very nice and explained what they were doing so I would be comfortable. I have not seen a dentist for a long time, and they made me see that the dentist office is not the scary place I have felt it was.
