I can't speak more highly about this dentist office! I had a dental emergency and couldn't get into my old dentist for weeks. The doctor and her team are amazing and made sure to see me once they knew I was having issues. Let me tell you now I will never go anywhere else! Already set up appointments for my children and look forward to coming here going forward!

2 star provided to average 4 Star Personal Rating at initial visit with 1 Star Practice Rating.- edited to 1 Star for professionalism of response releasing private information to which I'll also disclose there is no COVID19 checks/questionnaire provided by the facility therefore is not a safe environment for any high risk patients- "threaten" in the response refers to filing a complaint, which is not a threat. I sought treatment for a visible cavity on my child and this is not a service the dentist provides so ended up a complete waste of visit and headache finding treatment opportunities. New patients with treatment needs should seek another facility. This office should not accept new pediatric patients. Patients under the age of 11 will not be eligible for treatment at this office. The dentist will bill for an initial visit and then refer elsewhere and not treat the child. This is NOT a pediatric dentist nor a dentist that should be considered for even emergency visits of a child. (average age of a child that will need numbing via shot may be over 11) Be prepared to dispute with insurance when the visit comes after finally finding a dentist that accepts the insurance of the child as a visit every 6 months is covered. Do NOT recommend for ANY pediatric patients. I suggest parents choose Cass County Dental.Patients on Medicaid do not have many options locally for dental care, and I do not suggest any Medicaid patient to visit this facility (visit as they don't provide procedures that may require gas). Review provided publicly as after I spoke with several others that visited this location they had received poor treatment which would have steered me away from this facility. The provider denied seeing another patient for having any record of a visit within prior 6 mo yet has done this to someone.

Super friendly staff entering and exiting. Easy scheduling, very flexible. Dr.Kaja is amazing! Fixed all my cavities, was painless. Highly recommend this dental office.

My experience here at Jacksonville Family Dental was outstanding on every aspect! All the staff was very polite, comforting, and beyond helpful. After 5 long years, they changed my life today. Thanks girls you're definitely the good ones!!!

The dentist is very nice, and very professional. I went in with tooth pain, and it was gone quickly after she evaluated me, and got the job done. She was super helpful and gave me options! Would recommend!

Absolutely wonderful !! Went in after have restoration work on my teeth that lasted no time from a Dentist in Pittsfield IL . Heard about this office from a great friend ! After mask removed was desperate to get smile back ! OMG I'm still crying and still smiling!!!! She is Brilliant and precise ! Am going back for more work !! Thank You ! You are a God Send !!!

Best dentist office I've been too. Worth the hour drive for me to get there. The staff is friendly and accommodating. After multiple visits in the past few years, I've never had a less than awesome experience

Very Well Organized. Dr Kaja was very nice. I enjoyed the service and flexibility in their schedule. Very nice and clean location. All the Employees were really nice to talk to.Jacksonville Family Dental is a Perfect Name! Get place very Clean Looks New. Thanks for a great Job!

Dr. Kaja is by far the best dentist ive had in 45 years. She is brilliant in her profession and I feel lucky to have her and her staff. Precise, great bedside manner in working with her clients. I do not live in the area but they have always accommodated me with a short time notice. Dr. Kaja is highly respected ! Thank you so much for everything Dr. Kaja.
