The atmosphere is so lovely. I loved the entire staff they are all friendly. Dr.Frazier communicated quickly and efficiently with me. He recommended what I needed to get done and also explained to me how long it would take. The Dental Assistants are just amazing. I look forward to going back and getting all of my required treatment done.

This is the best dentist I have ever been to in my 31 yrs of living on earth when I tell you they did an amazing job. They did!! They were outstanding pulling out my teeth on the same day and not only that the price was amazing, I didn't feel no pain getting the procedure done. And once the numbness went away I didn't feel any pain at all!! They proscribed me medication and I didn't even have to use it because their work was so great!!!! This place will forever have my service!!!!

Dr. Dolan was absolutely incredible and if you suffer with dental anxiety like I do, you need to do yourself a favor and make an appt with her. Top notch care! & the hygenist and office staff was amazing as well. Thank you Jacksonville Emergency Dentist, you've got yourself a forever patient!

If you are seeking a dentist office that is compassionate and LISTENS to you then call them! I had a horrible experience at another dental office and had been suffering in silence however my wisdom teeth were causing me so much pain last Tuesday that I had to get them out immediately. From the moment that I called this office something within me knew that I would be in good hands from the way I was spoken to. The front desk receptionist was SO sweet and seemed genuinely concerned. When I got there she was the same way and assured me that they would be able to help me and that I would be free from pain after leaving. Her word was A1. The MA Brittany(I think) and Dr. Frazier were amazing! I had no pain during the extractions. I got all of my wisdom teeth removed during that visit and I have no regrets about it. Wish I had gone sooner! Any previous anxiety I had towards dentists 100% faded. I thank God for leading me to this office!

Staff was very nice. They all including the dentist apologized for any time inconvenience I had but this was ok. They also keep making sure that I wasn't in any pain. Very nice visit considering it is the dentist office .

Dr Frazier spent the time to help me decide exactly what I wanted and I can say on my last visit there my finish up he came as advertised he is a fine doctor and has a fine staff

I went to this location due to their office being open on the weekends. The staff at this location was very helpful and informative on what was needed & did their best to provide as much help as they could. They answered all the questions I had & even helped me find a closer location for during the week, if needed. The wait time was a little long, but it's to be expected as not many dental offices are open on weekends. I would definitely give this office a five star rating. If you're in any pain, have a dental emergency or can only do appointments on the weekends, then Jax Emergency Dental( Dunn location) is the place to go.

It was great had a real real bad tooth pain and I was nervous as well but the staff was great and the doctor was AWESOME he promise me he would take good care of me and it wouldn't hurt and he was right he did a great job and he kept his promise......

Greatest Dentist of All TIME. From the check in, to the nurses down to Dr. Kendall Frazier. Dr Frazier is a super hero at his job. I watched this man with my own eyes give 5 patients care, passion, and love, while taking care of the dental work that needed to be done. ALL BY HIMSELF!!!!! These people on Dunns are phenomenal!!!!!!!

Best dental office I've ever been too and I won't go anywhere else. Dr. Frazier is patient and kind and does his best to cause as little pain as possible. The whole team from reception to assistants are sweet and pleasant. They work with you on payments and scheduling. I would recommend them to everyone!
