As always my appointment had no wait time and Hamad did a fabulous job. Totally satisfied and appreciated the pillow he brought me for my neck. Just hope I spelled his name correctly.

I have a wisdom tooth that has the side of my face swollen and needs to be removed. Jennifer got me in the office quickly, even though they were not Able to help me because my tooth has to be surgically removed she set me up with someone in another office that could help me immediately. She was very helpful and great and I really appreciate the kind service. I will start using them for all my dental/ service needs.

Absolutely wonderful care! I had an emergency and the doctor and staff were amazing. I was nervous and very much traumatized by a previous experience. They were so supportive and caring I couldn't of asked for better more caring and competent staff.

Embarrassing to say, but I just had my first cleaning in over 10 years. The dentist, staff, and hygienist Ahmed were top notch! Cleaning took over an hour, but he was very attentive to my needs. The dentist was professional and straight to the point, but also listened to my concerns. The office staff made sure to say my name, even though this was the first time I'd been there. I wasn't just a chart to them. They also had costs laid out for me for future visits, and were quite witty about their text reminders for appointments. I was anxious at first, but they put me at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend going there for dental needs.

Dr. Aaro and staff at the University location are awesome. I've had horrible experiences with dentist and making rude comments about my teeth. Like I'm not already self conscious and aware of their condition. No one made me feel embarrassed in the least bit. All were professional and so sweet/nice. I was in and out today in about an hour and a half. The only downside, they do not accept HMO dental insurance. But they did work with me in paying out of pocket, which was so nice of them, because I know they didn't have to. $275 for x-ray, exam and extraction was most definitely worth it. Also, I appreciate that they numb your gums with a gel before they administer the local anesthesia. Last dentist I went to did not do that. Honestly, I feel like this experience has me less anxious in going back to the dentist. I just wished they did take my insurance so I can go to this facility for all of my dental needs.

They charge $470 for a simple extraction without insurance. It's a shame and disgusting how dentists in this city take advantage of peoples pain.

Being a woman who's afraid of I received 4 shots in my gums today but the guy was so informative and so full of knowledge until I trusted him the whole way. He treated me like I was so important. My name is Jametric Coefield and I approve this place because now it's my dentist office now. I'm here to stay! Thank you for being great

My visit there this time was very pleasant. I have been here several times in the past and I have never had any problems whatsoever. I plan to be coming back soon to check out their Dentures plan that I didn't know they had before. Everyone was very courteous and expedient.

Very pleasant environment, all of the staff has excellent customer service skills. The work was done with great care and a timely manner. I would recommend Dr Arrow to everyone that I hear of that needs dental services.
