8 Months later still never received a refund for failed services. Communication is a nightmare and I given up on these people. Avoid this office at all cost.

A perfect visit for a walk-in who was not yet officially Dr. Hargrove's patient. I had lost a cap/veneer on one of my Bugs Bunny teeth at supper Monday. Went to his office first thing Tuesday, hoping he could squeeze me in soon, and so he did, same day, a few hours later. No muss, no fuss, no drugs, no pain for a patient who usually begins whimpering in a dentist's waiting room. He threw in the advice that incisors are better suited to biting through food with vertical force than they are to tearing food w/lateral force. Wish I'd been told that with previous dentists before my already compromised incisor battled that tasty but leathery slice of pizza. I had been between dentists with the retirement of my previous one. Overall this visit was a little like going to a hospital ER and deciding that MD was the man you wanted to be your Primary Care Physician for all future needs.

Had the best experience and most thorough teeth cleaning with Kelli today at Jackson Smile Studio. Moved my teeth cleanings and services with her and will be back with her for all my services. Very professional and so kind and patient. Other dental offices should take notes, thanks Kelli.

Yesterday I had my first cleaning appointment since the staff changed @ Jackson Smile Studio. I am not the best with change at my age of 73, but I must say it proved to be a most positive experience. Kelly cleaned my teeth with a smile I could feel through her mask. And Dr. Hargrove proved to be the very skilled dentist he was touted to be. I left with sparkling teeth and a broad smile. My best wishes to Carol and Dr. Jackson in all of their future endeavors.

I had a Deep Cleaning done by Ms. Carol on February 16th. The experience was absolutely Painless!!! There was no pain at all!! Ms. Carol explained the procedure throughly and put me at ease. You should not have any fears or trepidations about this procedures at all.

New patient! The reviews are on point. I called to schedule an appointment on Wednesday and was seen on Thursday. This visit was my most enjoyable dentist appointment I've ever had. From the moment I walked in I was given a friendly greeting. Kelli was very knowledgeable and comforting. Dr. Jackson was amazing and friendly. I highly recommend. I've found my dental office home! Thank you all!

I absolutely love this Dentist office. Everything is so clean and neat and not to mention, they are very accommodating to your needs. I am especially grateful to my hygienist Carol. She is everything...nice, gentle and very personable. She remembers small details about you and each visit she checks in to ensure all is well with you and your family. During procedures, she comforts you by rubbing/patting your shoulders and pays close attention to your eyes to know if you're in pain. Dr. Jackson is equally as nice and gentle and he does not have a scary disposition as some I've experienced. Overall, I would recommend anyone to this office for great service, a million dollar smile and a chance to make new friends as they're so hospitable. Try them out, you'll love them.

Going to the dentist was FUN! I know it is hard to believe but at Jackson Smile Studio my hygienist, Carol, made it more like a visit with friends. Thank you for such a great experience. I have sensitive teeth after a number of years in braces and have always been nervous in the dental chair but you took extra special care and it is appreciated! No nervousness anymore! See you in 6 months!

When I say the folks at Jackson Smile Studio have saved my smile....I absolutely mean it!! The dentist was a time I had come to dread. I had spent some time avoiding my treatment plan and the team always welcomed me with open arms when I'd re-engage. They never judged me and were always willing to help me identify ways to make my care more affordable. The best part...this team was able to make me feel comfortable. When I'm at the Smile Studio I know my own smile is in the ABSOLUTE best hands!! (*also...Carol is the most compassionate and skilled hygienist I've ever been to)....Do yourself and your smile a favor and visit!

Carol is a wonderful hygienist. She takes her time and is always very friendly. She is able to locate a problem if one exists and effectively communicates the information to the dentist. She is very personable and friendly and I have enjoyed having her as my hygienist for many years. Her actions convey that she enjoys her job very much.
