Wish I could give less. Reception was less than welcoming. Actually wasted a lot of time giving excuses why they couldn't see my son. Told me they weren't taking new patients without a referral. So I got one from his pediatrician. I just wanted my son's teeth clean and checked over by a dentist close to home. After I got referral they gave me a run around about insurance, waiting weeks for an appointment, and the referral wasn't good enough. This is over the course of three days and multiple phone calls. Not to mention they are a sponsor at my son's school now PKES. So I was hoping they wanted my business. Guess not. My son was in kindergarten at the time and I ended up taking him to Lake Wylie Pediatric Dentistry. Glad I made the decision. It's a bit of a drive, but no hoop jumping and lovely staff. The dentist may be good, but I'll never know. Good luck getting past the front desk. LoL

I ABSOLUTELY love Dr. Jackson and the staff. Michelle is new & she was my son's dental technician today. She was amazing! Not only was she really good with my son, but she has the best attitude, friendly & supportive. I just adore her& think that she's a wonderful asset to the practice. Thanks for continuing to keep Jackson Pediatric Dentistry my favorite place to bring my son for all his dental needs! I definitely refer everyone I know!

I love Jackson pediatrics!! today my daughter had a procedure done. and Dr.B was amazing!! but I gotta say her assistant Rene was the sweetest made my daughter feel comfortable and walked her through everything. They are kind and great with kids..this is why I trust my kids with them..thank you for being Great at what you do

My 4 yr old was referred to Dr Jackson by my own dentist recommending an extraction, but since her roots were healthy she saved them. The entire staff is awesome but the work Dr. Stephanie Jackson (with the help of Renee) did for my daughter was truly remarkable. It took 3 visits, all nearly 2 hrs long..and i left each time feeling my girl had been touched by an Angel. After seeing her smiling in the mirror constantly after, i was sure she was. I am blown away by the care and effort she put into my daughter, and she actually looks foward to going to the dentist. I am forever grateful for changing her childhood experience for the better. I dont want to sound like i am exaggerating, but i have to say it is as if this woman works with the hands of God. She didnt have to do what she did, and i cant imagine a more caring and precise dentist. Thank you to the entire staff!

I have been told I am not a good fit here because I breastfeed my child and that's bad for her teeth. Because I got a second opinion on a major dental surgery for my two year old, where she would be put under for multiple hours with an unknown outcome. And because I chose to leave an appointment that I had been sitting in the waiting room already over two hours for and was told that they didn't know how much longer. Somehow these things are a fault of mine and my children!

Dr. Green and Amber were great for my 20 month old's first dentist appointment. Everyone was super friendly & patient. Even the receptionist interacted with her. My daughter had a breakdown and while I was apologetic to them because she's a bit of a drama queen; they were apologizing to me because she became upset during the visit. As someone who has dental anxiety myself, I'm so glad I chose this practice for my daughter they definitely make you feel at ease while caring for your child.
