Dr. Jackson is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio Dental School where she also completed a two-year, post-graduate residency in pediatric dentistry. She is an active member of several prestigious associations, including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and is a Tooth Savers Board Member. She is also board certified with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Jackson is married to her high school sweetheart, Jeff, and has two daughters, Payton and Harper. She is a lifelong resident of Lubbock and is passionate about Texas Tech sports! In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, dining out, exercising, and traveling to tropical locales.

I don't know where to start! Shall I start from the friendly super nice staff at front desk? or from the caring, knowledgeable, and trustworthy doctors and staff? Or from the kids friendly clinic that has all the entertainment the kids need to keep their fears away? My two daughters needed some advanced dental treatment, and Dr. Cecily explained the treatment plan step by step to us, and kept us updated with all options. My daughters were always excited to go to the clinic and bonded very well with everyone, simply because the staff were very patient and knew how to deal with kids and how to direct their attention. If you want your child to be with safe person who actually knows what they are doing, and if you want to feel that you actually made a good choice as a parent for the sake of your kids (thus make you proud of your self as a parent), then make sure to chose Jackson Pediatric Dentistry as your kid's dentist pediatrician. Due to job relocation, I had to move out of Lubbock, and one of the things that I am deeply sad to leave behind is Dr. Cecily and her staff. Its really hard to find such great a people elsewhere. When we settled-in in our new place, Dr. Cecily, immediately upon my request, saved no effort to pass my daughters dental history to the new dentist pediatrician and even wrote a letter to the new doctor and explained in details what needs to be done to my three years old daughter so she can finish her treatment and help her to overcome her early childhood caries. I wish I could leave 100 5 star reviews. I went to a dentist in my home town (1.5 hours away from LBK) and he referred me to Jackson's Denistry. I'm so thankful he did. There was a long wait time (but worth it), so in the mean time I drove an hour to another dentist place in Odessa, Tx. It was a nightmare. I was a little worried to come here and hoping it wouldn't be the same and WOW. The service we received was phenomenal from front desk, to nurses and lastly Ms. Jackson! they were amazing with my 1 almost 2 year old!! Worth the wait and the drive!!

OH MY GOSH!!!!! LOVE this Business which is more like a FAMILY. She caters to the patient. I have a Special Needs daughter that she (Dr Jackson) literally had to stand up thru Han's entire visit as Han does not lay in the chair correctly. I also have twin 8 year olds and their first visit she let them lay in the chair together while cleaning. Ya can't go wrong here people!

Our son is only 14 months so he had never been to the dentist before. He shifted and hurt his tooth while playing so we took him in to get it checked out. We hadn't picked out a pediatric dentist yet so we googled them and this was one of the first ones that popped up. All the reviews sounded good and the office is located by our dentist and our son had a common name with her so we called at 8 am and they were able to get us in at 9 am. All of the staff was very friendly. Dr. Jackson is great with kids and explains things well to the parents. The office is very kid friendly from the decorations to the music playing to the shows they put on the TV. Our son even listened intently when she was talking. She was very calm and even got him to smile a few times even under the circumstances. We had a great first experience and plan to continue using her for pediatric dentistry in the future.

Everyone from the front office, to the dental assistants, to the dentist herself are amazingly warm and friendly. They do an excellent job and are, hands down, the best Pediatric Dentistry in Lubbock!

I absolutely loved this place! My four and a half year old son has severe oral aversions. He was tube fed until a year ago and doesn't like many things near his mouth. He has never let us brush his teeth until recently. I was dreading taking him to the dentist. I knew it would be horrible. I was so wrong! They were amazing! Every single step they talked him through. They were patient and gentle. They had the tools wrapped like a present for him to open. He loved them. They were able to do a full exam including X-rays and a cleaning. I never dreamed that would happen. They are absolutely great at what they do. I can't imagine a better dentist out there for kids especially ones who might struggle with a dentist.

The most amazing team at Jackson Pediatric!!! My 2 year old ended up needing to go under anesthesia for oral work, the Jackson team made us feel so comfortable that I didn't even cry when we walked out of the room. Prior to surgery they checked up on him when they knew he was having a hard time with his teeth. They squeezed him in for immediate surgery even tho that meant everyone coming in early. They comforted him...and us...from start to finish. Every team member has the best customer service. They're truly awesome! My kids won't be going anywhere else for their dentistry...it's worth the 2 hour drive from NM!

Love Dr. Jackson and her staff. My boys have been going with her since they were 6 months old and she's been AMAZING. Her staff treats us all so well and we've never been greeted with anything other than a smile. Wait time is extremely low if anything at all and the ease of our appointments makes going to the dentist a not so scary thing for my two! Highly recommend Dr. Jackson to ANYONE!

We have gone through crowns, many fillings, and teeth cleanings - the kids love going (some more the others lol). Dr. Jackson is knowledgable, efficient, and compassionate..... same for her awesome staff!
