Thoughtful dental care. Dr. Jackson was on time, completely honest and knowledgeable about insurance plans and copays, provided a quality exam and cleaning efficiently. Dr. Jackson is approachable and friendly and made my dental care and my understanding of my dental care the focus of the visit. I recommend trying Jackson Family Dental if you are looking for a new dentist.

Worst patient care & office management I have ever seen. This makes twice so since they have doubled down on rude behavior I won't be back. Mind you I'm 40yrs old and have been coming to this dentist office since I was 12. My original dentist Walter P. Burch passed away 10 yrs ago. Since his death there has been two very different dental practices operating out of his office. The latest practice, Jackson family dental is not only poorly managed but unbelievably rude. I made a 2p appointment a wk prior to the service (a simple cleaning). I arrived at the office at 1:56p. I was told by the rude office attendant that she left me a message the day before that they needed to verify my dental coverage & they wouldn't see me until they did. Two mins later someone else walked in and after a 5min wait was called back. Sounds like a double booked situation to me seeing there is only one dentist working in this office. At 210p I am informed by the rude lady that she's still on hold and if she can't verify my insurance soon they will have to reschedule me because it's imperative they verify my CLEANING before I'm seen. Mind you this is about the 5th time I've been seen by this not so friendly dentist. Even my daughter who's on the same insurance (seen in august) has been here multiple times. At 225p I'm asked to reschedule & leave, obviously before the next appointment arrived. Not once was another option discussed. I must not look like I can afford to pay for a CLEANING & after 25min she was unwilling to hold any longer. Mind you I've been coming to this office for 28yrs. My daughter was seen in august on the same IN NETWORK insurance. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT OFFICE AGAIN!

If Dr Meade Columbia is working here,,, DO NOT GO. She screwed my teeth up prior to losing her license at castle dental. Pulled teeth that didn't need to be pulled, fillings that were too large and have broken off and a root canal that is so deep it still gets infected. She was the worst dentist I've ever had the displeasure of seeing.

The staff was very helpful and nice. They treated me the same day I came in. I was having tooth pain and was unsure of what work I needes to have done. They went through treatment plans and expenses so that I could pick best what works for my budget. The Dr was very nice and honest. I greatly appreciate the work they did for me today!!!

This dentist is rude, uncaring and living in the dark ages. She should only be allowed to treat animals, if that is her passion, because she certainly has no patience for humans or the pain she inflicts upon them. It's not surprising to me that there was never any other patients in her office on either of my visits.

This lady tried to kill me. I have had dental work done before no problems. I went to her because she was cheap and could see me pretty much immediately. I had to have 3 teeth taken out all on the same side. She used a tool they used in the 1800s it pretty much went on your tooth and she jerked it out. It was horrible. The assistant whom was supposed to be sucking the blood wasn't doing a very good job I was chocking on my own blood finally I was like we have to stop so I can spit it out. When I walked out my friend said I looked like I had been tortured for two weeks. I now have a fear of the dentist. She will get the job done but in a very painful outdated torture kinda way.

Very considerate of us who take time off from work to see the dentist. Dr. Jackson is kind and enjoys explaining all details of my treatment plan as well as answering any questions I have. Plus, the office is very quiet, clean and comfortable. The new front office assistant, Sarah, is really welcoming and called me by name as I arrived. With a smile, too! So, over all, the service is fast, comfortable and is a pleasant experience in addition to the high quality of care I expect and get. A great dentist and office!

Great place to go for dental work. They do a great job. My daughter loves going there.
