We started our Liberty practice in 2010 with the goal of reimagining the dental experience. We actually came to Jackson Family Dental in an emergency for the first time. My son fell at the playground at school and broke his tooth. We called the office and they were very helpful right away.Our emergency became their priority.

This was my 2nd visit to the Jackson Dental today & as the first time there I wad treated with nothing but kindness. Returned today for some discomfort in the tooth that was worked on during my 1st visit. They got me in immediately & took a look to see it was nothing major. It only took Dr McCall a few short minutes to see the problem & used her little pick to remove something between my teeth. She gave me an RX for preventative measures & told me to contact them if not better. To my disbelief & excitement within an hour it was much better & within 3 hours my discomfort was a thing of the past! I love this office for their kindness,efficiency, & caring feelings for a new patient. If you are looking for that new dentist to try stop or call here first. Pat Gates

Had my first experience with this office this morning and it was one of the best starts to my day I've had in a long time. I walked out with a (clean) smile on my face and a cookie in my hand and can't wait for my next visit in a few months. Paige was my hygienist and Dr. McCaul was my dentist and I'd recommend them to anyone with teeth

These people are hands down the best team around they are absolute servants and care about your comfort. They are honest and upfront about everything! For years I was terrified of going to the dentist because I have a hard time numbing and dentist wouldn't believe me me and they would start anyway and force the issue with me it was quite traumatic as a kid, and if I told other dentist they made me feel dumb and like it was my fault! Not Dr.Jackson he took the time to make me comfortable and made sure I was numb and didn't accuse me of lieing he honestly probably save me from loosing all my teeth so I am so grateful and if your thinking about going here GOOOOOO! They are amazing. Thank you guys so much!

The staff runs like a well-oiled machine which results in a seamless visit from checking in to checking out. Fear is in the unknown so thanks to a great dental hygienist & other Jackson Family Dentist personnel, I have no fear with Dr. Jackson & his staff. I have also never been to a doctor's office where the staff is kind not only to the patients, but to each other - always. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson.

I absolutely love Jackson Family Dental. It was such a blessing finding them as my husband has a dental phobia and struggled going anywhere else. They are warm, inviting and kind. They will walk you through your treatment step by step and for him, explain each tool they are using and why. They are also intentional about not scheduling too many things for him in one day. I truly hope we are able to continue getting treatment here the rest of our lives.
