A desire to learn the latest advancements in dental care and technology are what first attracted Ebony to Jackson Dental. A native of Tampa, Ebony received her dental education at Hillsborough Community College. Ebonys interest in CEREC dentistry make her a perfect fit for our office, and her gentle nature makes her a favorite with patients and her fellow team members. Ebony started her dental assistant career with Jackson Dental in 2014 working side-by-side assisting Dr. Jackson with patient care. Norma loves being in the dental field and specifically at Jackson Dental because the possibilities with teeth are limitless. She is an enthusiastic certified dental assistant who will focus on your oral needs while working to identify potential health concerns and issues. The high end technology that is available today enable her to grow by helping patients achieve a healthy, natural, amazing smile to instill confidence. Norma has a beautifully delicate touch refined by her 11 years of experience in the dental field. In her spare time, you can find Norma surviving the blessing of her 3 year old twin boys, Aiden and Andrew. You are never fully dressed without a smile.
Brittni, a Tampa native, is one of the first of many friendly faces you see when walk through the door. She is no stranger to the dental field, working chairside in a variety of different dental offices from orthodontics to pediatrics. She enjoys having the opportunity to help people in getting the dental care that they need and getting past their dental fears. When not in the office, she spends her time with her two amazing boys and beautiful girl, and of course cheering on the worlds greatest football team GO GATORS!She is one of the hardest working jokesters you will have the pleasure of meeting. Steven is originally from NC and joined the Jackson Dental Team in 2020, he has a passion for dentistry, and has been in the industry for 15+ years. He is happy to be a Tampa resident, and enjoys spending time with his maltipoo, Sandy, and going on the hunt for the biggest gator. Every morning we are born again. Ninjivitis aka Ninja is our 2 year old Goldendoodle. This medium-sized black beauty has jaw-dropping good looks that are accented by her floppy ears. She is no joke in the snuggle department. She has equal parts energy and patience. Shes full of life, love, and would love to snuggle up with you.

Dr. Jackson and his team are super friendly, helpful, and quick. The hygienists, especially Jacque, are thorough and have a light touch. Just perfect!

First time visit was a great experience. Dr. Jackson was personable and caring. The staff (Tori & Ashley) were friendly and kind. Everyone made sure I understood what my options were going forward and did not force any treatments on me. Looking forward to being a long term patient.

Absolute class, from start to finish. The team at Jackson Dental is the epitome of a team that loves what they do and who they do it for. As a first time patient here, I was taken care of better than I have in all my years of going through dental offices in different countries and locally here in Florida. I could write a novel on this office but simply put a big thank you to Angie, Delanie (sorry if I misspelled your name), Ashley and Dr. Sheffield. Unfortunately, I have had to have a bunch of dental work done over the last few months which is no fun for anyone. However, I am so grateful that Jackson Dental and Dr. Jackson is my dentist because it makes the experience much more pleasant. He is so nice and makes you feel comfortable, even when you are uncomfortable and in pain. Plus, their office is so nice, their chairs are comfortable and the rooms have a great view. All of the staff has been exceptional at every visit. Thumbs way up for Jackson Dental! Update to my review: wanted to give hygienist Jacque a huge shout out! Had to have a deep cleaning today and she made the experience as pleasant as it could be - even having to get completely numb and an hours worth of work on my teeth - I couldn't ask for a better dentist or hygienist. Also - front office staff is always so friendly and helpful. Literally feel like I'm family when I'm there. Wouldn't go anywhere else for dental work!!!!

Jacque and Dr. Jackson are awesome! Invisilign + Cleaning Please read the whole review: 1. Yes, this office is in the Bank of America Building.. park in the garage, go across skybridge. 2. Jacque was my dental hygienist. She was very happy and bubbly. She did a great job being as gentle as she could while being as thorough as she needed to be, since it had been a few years since I had been to a dentist. She only attempted to strangled me once with dental floss. 3. Doctor Jackson is a younger very energetic dentist. He immediately makes you feel welcome and sets realistic expectations for your dental journey. 4. The big leather chair in the waiting area is very comfy.

Jacque completed my teeth cleaning today, and she did a fabulous job as always. Not only is she a consummate professional, but she is also friendly and constantly makes recommendations on how to improve my dental health. Steven up front takes care of checking everyone in and out, and he made me feel like a valued customer at all times. And Jackson Dental accepts the CignaPlus Dental Savings Plan to reduce the cost of your dental care for those without dental insurance. I'm pleased to have Jackson Dental take care of my dental health needs. I recommend this dental office highly.

Wouldn't recommend. A change in insurance left me seeking a new dentist that was an in-network provider. Nothing wrong with my old dentist, just wanted someone in-network. Jackson Dental was recommended by a friend. Super clean, nice looking place. Staff were all friendly. They whipped out some fancy piece of tech that "detects cavities on the surface of your teeth." Within 10 minutes, I'm being told I have 7 cavities and will need 7 fillings. Little background, I've only had 1 cavity in the past and it scared me straight--I brush and floss after every meal if I can. Being told I had 7 cavities left me completely shocked. The out of pocket cost for me was going to be $1500+ I went SPRINTING back to my old dentist and relayed that I had been told I had 7 cavities via a cavity detecting device. He did a meticulous "old school" cavity inspection, poking and prodding at the surface of the teeth, reviewing the x-rays with me as he poked around. His result: only 1 cavity! Why did Jackson Dental tell me I had 7 cavities, and another top Tampa dentist tell me 1? That's the million dollar question, folks. Is it because 7 fillings makes the dental practice more money than 1? That's what I suspect. I got the 1 cavity filled with my old dentist. Other 6 teeth that *needed fillings* according to Jackson dental aren't falling out of my head yet, in fact, they're doing great. All I can say is watch out and get a second opinion when dealing with this practice.

I moved here about a year and a half ago and just recently found Jackson dental. I was recommended by a friend of mine. Let me start off by saying not only are the staff so friendly and professional JACQUE was my hygienist today for my periodontal cleaning. We had a ton of laughs she was amazing! What people can make a personal experience amazing it can go along way. For me myself being in the customer service business it's HIGHLY APPRECIATED! If you haven't found a dentist in the Tampa area don't wait!

I initially selected this provider because they were close to work and in network. I got so lucky! This staff is end to end delightful. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. I feel like I have a better handle on my dental health because they speak with you regarding your care plan in easy to understand terms. The office was remodeled and is inviting and bright, just like the team! Jacque really makes you feel at ease and truly a professional!!

I've been going to Jackson Dental since 2019. This review is way overdue. I've always had anxiety when getting my teeth cleaned or anything dental related , however I can honestly say my anxiety has improved since I became a patient. They have comfortable chairs, netflix and state of the art equipment. The office is the most efficient provider's office I've ever been to. My appointments are always on time and I'm always very clear on cost before coming in. The best part of the office is the wonderful staff. Dr. Jackson is personable, honest and very knowledgeable.s As someone who works in a client facing business, I admire how helpful and kind the entire staff is. Highly recommend!

Visiting Dr. Jackson's office is always the highlight of my day! Everyone makes you feel like family and is always there to help. Jacque is always so nice and gets me in and out in record time but I never feel rushed. I recommend Dr. Jackson's to everyone I know!

For the first time ever I look forward to my dental appointments! Jacque and Dr Sheffield are amazing. My first visit they took photos and 3D images to see my teeth from every conceivable angle, it's truly a 5 star experience.
