Dr. Ali and her staff are the BEST!!! They were able to squeeze me in last minute and did a really great job on the work I needed. I would highly recommend visiting the office for your oral needs.

One of the nicest offices I have been to, from the time I walked in to the time I left. very friendly & smiling answered all my questions. Made sure I was comfortable, Just a very pleasant experience, I absolutely recommend DR ALI and the amazingly friendly people at the office. If I could give more then 5 stars I absolutely would.

My experience with encore started out great, I have had some bad dental experiences and have bad dental anxiety, when I choose encore I choose it because they listed sedation dentistry on their website and felt they could help me with my extensive dental needs. My first appointments went great caring staff and professional, how ever my last appointment did not during this appointment I elected to receive conscious sedation via gas a procedure I have had during every dental visit since I was 16. The election of gas is an extra cost and a high one at that but to me this was a worth while expense. During the set up the staff encountered issues with the gas system after applying it to me it was very apparent that it was not working and I alerted the staff they attempted to adjust and still no luck again I told them of the issue this continued threw out the entire process even with my several attempts to alert them it was not working. Over all a nerve racking stressful horrible situation for me that brought fear and lack of confidence. To make matters worse after the appointment I requested to speak with the office manager about the situation because regardless of the failed sedation they insisted I was responsible for the 250 dollar bill in addition to the standard service.. why would you charge me for a service you obviously failed to provide properly... this isnt my first rodeo I know the difference

I have been coming to Dr. Ali's office for 16 years. I can't say enough about her professionalism and the great job she has always done. Not only do my teeth look great when she is done but I have so much fun during my visits. She is my dentist and also my good friend. I highly recommend Dr Ali and her staff. It's a win win!

I've been going to Dr. Ali for over 6 years now and I can say there's no other dentist like her. Unlike other dentists I've been to, she is very trustworthy and honest and always does what's in the best interest of her patients. She's not afraid to scold me to remind me to floss but it's because she genuinely cares for my well-being. She, Jeanette and Cindy are extremely friendly and welcoming and I always feel so comfortable seeing them for my cleanings every 6 months. I'm very fortunate to know that in case of any dental emergencies I have the best of experts in my corner to help me through.

A++ for Dr. Ali. She and her staff are very friendly. She is very thorough in explaining all the procedures. She listens to her patients and does not recommend unnecessary dental procedures that many other dental providers talk their patients into because the dental provider receives the profit. She is also great with kids- my 4years and 1.5years old boys love her and always look forward to the visit. She has convenient hours and most importantly there is absolutely NO waiting time. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you're looking for a new dentist- go here!

I've been a patient of Dr. Ali since she took over the office. I am very happy and content to be her patient and will continue to do so. She is well versed in her profession and I always feel like I am in good hands whether I have a simple cleaning or need major dental work. Dr. Ali is a great dentist, but more so a great person. She's very personable, along with the great staff that works there, it's a very pleasant experience. She knows exactly what she's doing and she's very good at it. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
