Dr. Jacklyn Kurth is known for her compassion and commitment to providing the highest level of care. Recognized by her peers, Dr. Kurth is a distinguished orthodontist committed to enhancing the lives of her patients and creating beautiful smiles. Dr. Kurth grew up in Chicago and knew at a very early age that she was fascinated by teeth.
Dr. Kurth graduated Cum Laude from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science, and graduated at the top of her class at the University of Michigan with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. From there she attended the University of Washington to specialize in orthodontics. Dr. Kurth achieved the highest score in the nation during her orthodontic board certification and was recognized with the prestigious Earl E. and Wilma S. Shepard Award of Distinction.
After graduating, Dr. Kurth began practicing in Seattle working with some of the nationally recognized top orthodontists. Dr. Kurth then moved to the Bay Area where she decided to bring her own personal touch and fun demeanor to her own high quality orthodontic office. Dr. Kurth and her family have been very happy on the peninsula for many years.
Dr. Kurth continues to be committed to furthering the field of orthodontics and wasrecognized by the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics for having the most outstanding clinical article of the year by awarding her the B.F. and Helen Dewel Award.
It has been a great pleasure to have Dr. Saghafi serving our patients for the past few years alongside Dr. Kurth. Dr. Saghafi is ready to embark on a new chapter in her life and is relocating with her family. We wish her well in her new endeavors!
Dr. Lee is also a board certified orthodontist. He earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UCLA School of Dentistry in Los Angeles and completed his specialty training in Orthodontics at New York University, College of Dentistry. With training on both coasts, Dr. Lee has vast knowledge in both traditional orthodontics and Invisalign, with a deep emphasis on interceptive orthodontic treatment.
Dr. Lee has a deep understanding of all aspects of orthodontics, including having had his own complex orthodontic treatment as a teen. He truly appreciates the patients perspective. Dr. Lee's core priority is to provide patients with compassionate care while attaining a beautiful smile.
Collectively, we form a partnership with patients and provide personalized orthodontic care of the highest quality in a caring, friendly, and enjoyable environment. We are professional, ethical, and maintain a positive attitude. Our clinical objective includes continuing education and application of the advances in orthodontics and other technologies to consistently deliver state of the art orthodontic treatment.

Jacklyn Kurth Orthodontics is awesome. I got braces because of my overbite and got them off in less than a year. Their treatment plans are quick and efficient. You won't be disappointed. Her whole team is kind, cooroperative, and thoughtful so you won't have any troubles. I highly advise this team and hope they will bring you big smiles. ;)

The office staff and doctors are nice but the wait is always always long. The wait time is usually at least 30 mins behind from the scheduled appointments. With 2 children on braces and at least 3 years of appointments, this is a true inconvenience and regret.

Everyone at this office, from the front desk to the treatment area is friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The Belmont office location is very convenient. The suggested treatment seems appropriate for my child's age and the staff is great with children.

Dr Kurth and her staff are not only professional, knowledgable, and courteous...they all seem to truly enjoy their work! Dr Kurth is very approachable and welcomes questions. I also appreciate her conservative approach to orthodontics...she doesn't recommend unnecessary work be done. My daughters are never nervous about their appointments. I highly recommend Dr Kurth!

Agree with all positive reviews posted. 11 y.o daughter has had beautiful results, first and foremost, and it has all occurred over time in a warm, even nurturing, atmosphere. Dr Kurth herself is wonderfully skilled, as well as consistently calm, positive, friendly, kind, humorous. The staff who work with her and help with various proceudres are also consistently skilled. Their teamwork is great. There are also many adults who see Dr Kurth - she'd be my own first choice if I made the leap to deal with my own teeth!

Dr. Kurth and her staff are amazing! They are professional, knowledgeable and always friendly. She takes her time with each patient, gives you options about your treatments and makes everyone feel welcome in her bright, cheery offices. Dr. Kurth was gentle and wonderful with my daughters, so I decided to take care of straightening my teeth, too. After years of living with a slightly chipped tooth that no doctor/dentist offered to fix, Dr. Kurth noticed it and offered to quickly file it. She made my teeth look fabulous. Now, I love my smile. Thank you!

Great experience getting fitted for an expander! Dr. Kurth and her team used a camera wand to take digital impressions of my 7 year olds teeth (No goopy impressions!). Dr. Kurth was also able to offer a "mini" expander that is 1/2 the size of a standard expander--another bonus for us! The appointment was easy and a very positive experience! My daughter is excited to get her new expander!

I took my daughter for her first appointment today. My daughter was nervous before the appointment but completely changed when we were greeted by the friendly staff! The office was very efficient and very friendly!

I have been using the services of Dr Kurth's clinic for nearly two years (pretty extensive dental needs!) Dr Kurth and her team are amazing. They are caring, professional and dare I say I actually enjoy my appointments there. My dental needs require much coordination with other service providers and Dr. Kurth has maintained excellent, clear and thorough communications with my other Dr's. End result; my quality of life has greatly improved with their services and interventions.
