The receptionist, Terri was extremely rude & disrespectful. I've been a patient of Dr. Siegrist, DDS since July 2007. For 14 consecutive years I've been a loyal patron of his practice & have referred every single person that I've come across who were in need of a knowledgeable, reliable & honest dentist. In 14 years I've never encountered an issue until today. Dr. Siegrist's office is inside of Williams Square which has a paid parking garage. Parking is no issue at all considering Dr. Siegrist validates parking for his patients. Today, like I've done for the past 14 years, when I received my ticket from the parking garage I tried to get it validated at the receptionist desk after I'd checked in. When I asked Terri to validate my ticket she said "the hygienist will do it for you after you've been serviced". I told Terri that I usually get my ticket validated before my service because I always forget to do so afterwards & it's a pain having to call back the office from the garage. Terri looked at me & sat back down then preceded to ignore me. There were other people in the waiting room that had already been checked in & the other receptionist was on a phone call therefore Terri was not busy nor was she preoccupied with another patient. Terri was just rude & decided to be unaccommodating just because she wanted to. I was extremely humiliated & embarrassed in front of the other patients in the waiting area. When I told the hygienist (Allison) how I'd been treated & that I was denied parking validation by Terri, Allison was extremely apologetic about my encounter and stated that shouldn't have happened. Please keep in mind I know it shouldn't have happened because I've been a patient for 14 years! Perhaps Terri didn't like the way I looked today as I had came from the gym immediately prior to my appointment or perhaps she is just rude & nasty towards all patients but I definitely felt singled out & I'm not sure I even want to continue to visit this dental practice if that's the way I'll be greeted.

Can I give him 6 stars? In 2003, I was new to the area. Another dentist said I needed 7 fillings. I was shocked, but believed him. He wasn't in-network with my insurance, so I asked around for recommendations. One of my co-workers recommended Dr. Siegrist. I scheduled for the 7 fillings to be removed with Dr. Siegrist. After examining my teeth, Dr. Siegrist said I didn't have ANY fillings and that he'd watch a few spots. He saved me thousands of dollars, pain, and risk. He isn't in-network with insurance any longer, but his rates are reasonable and he does accept insurance. He's got a patient for life!

Hands down, the best dentist I've ever had. My dental hygienist, Michelle, is considerate, thorough and efficient. Dr. Siegrist is awesome, practical and his work lasts (I grind through my fillings regularly.) Candi is amazing during procedures and the rest of the staff are so accommodating and professional and always make sure you leave with the best chapstick! Also, I rarely had to wait more than 3 minutes to be seen! Thanks y'all! Im.very sad I moved out of state and won't see you every 6 months!
