It's like pulling teeth to make an appointment here(no pun intended). I called Friday to schedule an appointment and the receptionist said call them back on Monday because the dr wasn't there. I called back Monday and she tells me the exact same thing but to call back on Tuesday. She stated the dr was in Bergen county and I said I can go there and she said I can't schedule an appointment. I cannot schedule a appointment forever until the dr is in the office. This is the first time I've ever heard an dr needs to be present to schedule an appointment. What is she there for to tell people you can't schedule an appointment!? This place is extremely unprofessional and I would stay far away.

Don't ever go there. The worst experience I ever got. Unprofessional. U will never able to make an appointment. The front desk lady is just bills hit. Tell me to call so many time because she is too busy to make a schedule.

I will never make appointment with this dentist office. I have to wait for 1 month to get an appointment and got canceled a few hr before the appointment. I have to call so many time, trying to reschedule the new appointment. The lady who answer the ph, do the bad job I ever seen. They gave appointment for next following month. Yes, I waited for that appointment. And I got canceled again before few hr. They didnt notice me ahead or nth.. I have to call multiple times. I got reschedule for third time. I made sure the appointment is still valid. The lady who answer the ph really bad. She only say she doesn't know wherether the doctor come and everything not sure. Even an hour before the appointment, she still not sure, my appointment is still valid. I have been taking my day off from work, just to make the dentist appointment. They don't respect other schedule and very rude attitude. I am done with this office. It was the waste of 2 month and half waiting for one appointment. The receptionist lady is doing the worst job ever.

Incredible endodontist. I needed an emergency retreatment of a root canal, but I couldn't get an appointment anywhere. They were the only office willing to take me in and help me with an appointment. Dr. Levi made the procedure easier and quicker than I could've imagined. My jaw was previously swollen and in a massive amount of pain. Dr. Levi cleaned out the infection in about an hour. By the time I left the office, I was no longer in pain. Only a few days later, the swelling went away. Dr. Levi made the process quick and pain free. I can't explain how grateful I am to everyone in that office. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Levi because he's the best endodontist in New Jersey.

I posted a review for this office a few months ago and i want to retract. I was not aware the doctor is so involved with educating other dental students and has multiple offices. i went personally with my mother with an emergency and he and his front desk receptionist were kind, accommodating to her severe emergency, and most importantly, helped my mother feel better. the medical industry is under a lot of pressure right now and he is doing the best he can. He is a great doctor and I appreciate them both very much.

The office was a little dated and I had to wait a long time to be seen, but at the end of my treatment I realized that he really knew what he was doing. He was a sweetheart. It took a long time and I got a little impatient, but he did a thorough job, not quitting until he had it done perfectly. Then I realized why I waited so long to be seen, it's because he's not working on the clock, he's doing what ever the patient needs however long it takes.

I don't even know where to start in saying on how awful and unprofessional the desk lady or secretary is!! She is so forgetful like I swear she doesn't jot your info down I have had to repeatedly tell her my insurance and other info like I haven't made an appointment before. Also I don't know why this office even bothers to make appointments if they're going to call to delay it or cancel it and she tells you she'll call you back when she won't lol. Honestly at this point its a joke. I hate that this is the only office close to me that accepts my insurance at the moment. I'm so close to just going somewhere else and just paying because I'm losing my patience, I hope they see this and make adjustments because this is just not okay.

I had a root canal on a molar tooth, it was painless except for some sensitivity in which Dr Levi warned me ahead of time. The whole procedure went on smooth & easy. The office staffs are nice & courteous. Keep it up Dr Levi & team.
