isn't in the office, he enjoys a number of hobbies and activities. He is a hiker, kayaker, downhill and cross-country skier, backpacker, scuba diver, gardener, and landscaper. He also loves making rustic furniture, involving himself in construction projects and playing sports.

When i was 8, I had my arms in my jacket at a bus stop. I did not realize there was ice on the sidewalk. I observed two other children tossing a football over me. I recall watching one kid lob the ball to the other, but I was standing over the ice. Now looking upward in the air, I lost my balance and fell mouth first onto the sidewalk concrete. I had a shattered front tooth. I remember the taste of blood and the ringing sound. And the thought that i was bleeding in my face and head. A few days later after many hours of emergency rooms and doctors with no help, Dr. Jack did an operation on my front left tooth which allowed me to have front teeth. He did a root canal to allow the original undamaged part of the tooth remain, and created the rest. It has been 20 years with bo issue at all on it. Not one. God bless I hope I can find him..

300$ for cleaning exam and X-ray. Said I had 8 cavities costing over 200$ a piece to fill. Took my xrays to Dr.Coy (a different dentist) and he said they're not cavities just a little enamel wear and to use fluoride mouth wash. Don't buy into the costs of Dr. Johnson, thankfully I didn't.
