An appointment with Dr.corn for my son for his TMJ was rescheduled for for 9/29 @ 2pm. However per Leslie the appointment was "broken" and was not rescheduled . Per Leslie from Dr. corns office ," these things don't really happen ". I spoke to Leslie and she was not pleasant at all . Upon conversing with an unpleasant voice tone , she said " your son is just not a good fit for our practice" because first the appointment was rescheduled before and now it was missed . So she said "you can just go back to researching again like what you did before you found us". She was almost sarcastic and just not helpful at all. So She said "we did all we can to do this for your son ". Did she mean that she is doing me a favor with an appointment? When the cost would come from me for $12k for the mouth piece and 1600 for the consultation ? Leslie also said that she confirmed the appointment by leaving a voice message . But isn't a confirmation mean there was a response from the other party ? This was a very unpleasant phone conversation with her . Assistants who speak to patients are also the "faces" of the practice . I am sure Dr. corn is awesome at his job the reason we contacted his office. But leslies phone approach , communication and customer service and how she made us feel left a very bad impression.
