Before you even dial his number, I want you to be very wary of his wife who is now the controlling manager! Sadly, Dr Friedberg who I consider an excellent dentist is letting her take full control !! I have been his patient for years before she appeared on the scene couple of years ago. The office was run very efficiently and one felt welcomed! Since her arrival the office management went downhill. My calls were not returned. Emailed ignored for days. Leaving messages got no results. Sandra is an uncouth, uncultured, ungracious, person who has created a toxic office environment!! Once she called me a "charity case" wow!! I have been Dr. Friedberg patient for many years and was treated with respect. I spent thousands on my treatments and have zero balance. Recently she sent a written agreement for me to sign before even scheduling an appointment PLUS $400 money up front!! That took me by total surprise and found it very insulting !! If this office situation continues to be run by Sandra , then I sincerely wish Dr Friedberg the best of luck.

Dr. Friedberg helped me with an issue I've been dealing with for over a year now. I've seen so many different dentists/specialists and he was the first one to actually help me find a solution on my first visit. The entire staff is incredibly nice and knows you by name before you even check in making you feel super welcome. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

I was very nervous about going to have my teeth looked at. For years I didn't have insurance and family obligations and I neglected going. Dr. Friedberg was very attentive and the whole office was very professional and so welcoming! I have never felt this confident about a visit to ANY doctor visit! If you are searching this is the office to go!

I must rate my visit on yesterday with Dr Derek, assisted by Patricia and today's visit with Dr. A. Liners, assisted by Armando with the highest possible rating. I can't say I've ever been welcomed or even felt welcome at a dentist office, but this staff was excellent. My treating physicians and their assistants displayed the utmost level of respect while yet ensuring I was having a pleasant visit. Who laughs with the dentist while in the chair? These people were absolutely amazing. They were patient and thorough as they allowed God to direct their hands and perform what was said couldn't be done, even after the procedure lasted a lot longer than scheduled. I have known Dr Friedberg for 18 years approximately it hurts me for someone to complain that because of the race we didn't see them on time. The person that wrote the negative note was not present to make such a comment and yes we had a complication with the previous patient, which by the way was a veteran also. We have been serving our veterans since 2015. 87% of Veteran's that go outside the veterans' main campus come to this office. When the Veteran's Hospital was closed for 2 years during covid, we kept servicing our veterans. They just closed the main campus and the office on Tomball due to water contamination. We still provided service, even to patients that stated that their pain was so unbearable that they were going to commit suicide. We saw them immediately because the Veteran's Hospital could not see them. Also, I want to share this; Every 14 th of February the whole office goes to feed the homeless. We volunteer at the food bank and the staff is all nationalities and races . And I want to say that everyone that comes here wants to stay here.

From the moment I entered the lobby until the time I left, I was treated with a level of respect and courtesy beyond any I have ever received in any medical facility - perhaps any customer service experience. I was sent there by the VA and every employee greeted me with, "Thank you for your service," before another word was said. Even those that had no involvement in my treatment...other doctors and staff. No one was less than cheerful and none seemed insincere. Even when I displayed my example of a foul mood (it was not exactly a foul mood mood - it was far worse and a result of VA issues, not the dental office), they continued to show me their best and managed to settle me down. Later, I told the dentist that if dentistry didn't work out he could fall back on hostage negotiations. Thankfully, he seemed to find it funny. They are not a simple dental practice. I don't know all of their offerings but I know that, at minimum, they have an endodontist and an oral surgeon. Though I live on the other side of Houston, about 40 miles from the office, I am willing to make the drive for future care. I will absolutely recommend this practice to everyone I can. Bottom line: Use these fine people and their services for all your dental needs.

The most amazing dentists I've ever visited. I lost most of my teeth and jaw bone from an IED Explosion in Iraq. These doctors did amazing work and gave me my smile back. I can never thank them enough!
