If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dr. Wiygul has always been candid and courteous, but as for his employees I cannot say the same. I called last week to get aligners made and stated my teeth had shifted and I would need new molds to help my teeth go back to where they were. I was told they would look at my teeth then let me know what would be the best option. When I came for my appointment, I was asked to show my teeth and bite down then she said ok and proceeded to take my impressions (Dr Wiygul stepped in to speak, but did not look at my teeth). When I came to pick them up, I expressed they were not tight enough to get the results I wanted. I was told that no adjustments were needed. A few days later, I called back and expressed the same issue. I came in for adjustments on Monday by Dr Wiygul. I was then told I may need Invisalign; however, he made adjustments in an effort to help but unfortunately it did not. I called today to express the entire situation and how it was deceitful when I originally expressed that my teeth had shifted and I wanted to make them back how they were, which was straight with no gaps. I spoke with the manager, Crystal, who instead of taking accountability and assisting with compensation stated I got what I asked for and there was nothing they could do. Also if I had said that, there would be notes for my appointment. It is really a shame, that a manager can be so unprofessional in a situation full of deceit. If you decide to go here, as mentioned, Dr Wiygul is awesome, but be sure to repeat to every other employee your expectations since some do not add notes for your appointment.

I did several consultations at different offices and this was my first choice from the time I walked in!!!! I'm happy I made the right decision!!! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and they made my braces journey less intimidating and scary!!!!

Dr. Wiygul and his staff are amazing. They treated both me and my son ad the results were life changing. I recommend anyone to him and feel confident in doing so.

Just had my braces put on very affordable and awesome staff the dr is also very nice and kind I will update this after I get my braces off but so far so good!

Rude office manager (CRYSTAL) ! Never gave me a follow up call regarding services, and I stated I had my deposit for a reschedule and she refused my business, wow!! Look at her comment below, and it's rather Rude!! Nothing was explained to me, and I rescheduled my appointment due to snow, and closing on my home, and she still got attitude, geeesh!! Called a day ahead of schedule to let the receptionist know what was going on, she politely stated it was fine, I called back this morning 4/5/21 to ensure them I was ready for service and wanted to secure it with a down payment, got put on hold several times!!! I CALLED YOU GUY'S THIS MORNING READY FOR SERVICE WITH PAYMENT AND CRYSTAL REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK WITH Dr. Wiygul!!! I'm not here to bash the practice at all, the other staff members are awesome!! Dr.Wigul I apologize for this review and wish we could have spoke about this matter before it came to this , but however thanks for your consultation and it was a great experience until CRYSTAL, got involved!!

I used to have braces many years ago and recently moved to Memphis for schooling and wanted to fix my teeth again (I didn't wear my retainer so my teeth shifted). I did thorough research on Orthodontist in the area before deciding on who to go with for my treatment and Dr. Wiygul came highly recommended. Although I am only a little over a month into treatment, I am so pleased with how my teeth are shifting back already! Dr. Wiygul is an amazing Orthodontist who truly wants the best for his patients. He takes his time to thoroughly explain the treatment process and answers any questions you have each visit. The front desk ladies and technician are amazing as well. Everyone is so nice, friendly and welcoming. They truly make you feel like family. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wiygul for your Orthodontic treatment. Also- this office strictly adheres to COVID-19 guidelines, everyone wears their mask at all times. They have specific machines added into the rooms to improve ventilation and they sanitize frequently. I feel very safe during every visit. P.S. I will be writing another google review once I complete treatment, but I couldn't wait until then to tell you all how great Dr. Wiygul and his staff are. UPDATE: Invisalign treatment is complete. I could truly write up a long report about how wonderful Dr. Wiygul and his staff have been throughout my treatment, but I'll try to keep it short and to the point for readers' sake. First and most importantly, my teeth look AMAZING. Like absolutely amazing. Dr. Wiygul is truly an outstanding Orthodontist that really knows how to move teeth to have an end result of an amazing, straight smile! He was also so kind and caring throughout the entire treatment, thoroughly explained everything, and always answered any questions I had. He is truly the best. His staff is amazing as well. The 2 ladies up front are so nice and efficient. His tech is OUTSTANDING. She did such a great job assisting with the process from beginning to end. As someone who previously had braces as a kid, I made sure to research the best Orthodontist in this area to have the best outcome possible, I researched a ton of different ones and I am SO glad that I went with Dr. Wiygul. 10/10 recommend. He will truly make your smile beautiful.

I found Dr. Wiygul to be friendly, caring, professional in every way. He offers various treatments and ends up doing the best with whatever he recommends. So glad that I was referred to him for a bite issue.

Let me just say, I love the staff at Dr. Wiygul's office. Those two ladies at the front desk are super sweet and always make you feel welcome. Absolutely love them.
