Martinez and Augusta GA dentist Dr. J. Perry Davis is a graduate of Augusta State University. He earned his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from the Medical College of Georgia in 1986. Dr Davis has completed 1200 hours of continuing education in the areas of Cosmetics, Removable and Fixed Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Periodontics, TMJ Dysfunction, Oral Surgery, and Implants.
Dr. Davis and his wife Libba have been married since 1984 and enjoy water skiing, snow skiing, and spending time with their three boys. Dr. Davis has also participated locally in various volunteer projects, and been a part of international mission trips to Romania and Brazil.
Dentistry has been a rewarding field for Dr. Davis because it has enabled the Augusta, Georgia native to treat the whole patient, not just one dental problem at a time. This approach means looking at long-term treatment that will provide the best opportunity for our patients to maintain healthy, beautiful smiles and retain their natural teeth for a lifetime.
Dr. William Ferguson is a general dentist who graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelors degree in biology. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Dental College of Georgia and joined the practice in July 2015. He is Invisalign certified and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
This native of Evans, Georgia, wanted to become a dentist since third grade when he was Dr. Davis patient. Dr. Ferguson chose dentistry as the focus of his high school senior project and shadowed and assisted Dr. Davis during the summers while in college. Dr. Ferguson is happy to have come full circle and to work alongside his mentor today.
Dr. Ferguson finds dentistry rewarding because it combines art and science, and enables him to provide life-changing treatments for patients. He also enjoys the relationships he gets to build with patients.
When he isnt working, Dr. Ferguson and his wife Meredith enjoy planing tennis, traveling together, and photography. They attend Church of the Holy Comforter and are the proud owners of two adopted tuxedo cats.
