She looks forward each day to seeing her wonderful patients, creating a lasting relationship, and making a positive difference in their lives. She treasures each and every one!
Originally from Northwest Washington, Masha moved to Arkansas in 2013 and couldnt imagine living anywhere else. She very much enjoys all that NWA has to offer. In her free time she can be found enjoying local coffee shops with family or window shopping at the square with friends.Masha finds her job rewarding because she loves being able to visit with new people on a daily basis and help them get the smile they always dreamed of. She cant wait to meet you and welcome you to our family of patients!
Heidi has her Associates in Dental Hygiene from Horry-Georgetown Technical College in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina & over 13 years of Clinical Dental Hygiene experience. She enjoys spending quality time with her Husband, their 10 year old Son and 3 year old Daughter & discovering all of the activities Northwest Arkansas has to offer.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I received my first cleaning over a month ago and my teeth still feel so clean! The entire staff is so kind and makes you feel right at home. Masha is incredible and explained the financials with such knowledge and expertise. I received my cleaning from Heidi and 10/10 would recommend her to anyone and everyone! Dr. Parham was so generous with his time, answering any questions I had. I felt very taken care of and I am excited to continue to use them in the future!

It was painfree except the numbing shot. However, the sound of the drill seemed terribly loud. Their was an instrument for mapping my teeth for rhe crown that was new to me. Then I saw the image of my left teeth. It was like seeing teeth in a skull and that was freaky. I am glad the process for a crown no longer requires holding plaster in you mouth forever.

Overcharges and oversells unwanted procedures and products. A staff member told me the wrong price for a procedure ($20). After the procedure I was informed that it was much more ($70). I explained that I wouldn't have agreed to the procedure if it costs that much and it was unnecessary. They didn't budge. My husband and I will be looking for another dentist.

Staff were very friendly but the service I receive from Dr Parham was poor, he didn't told me I have a fracture on my back tooth and then after I visit them I start getting food trap between my back tooth, I told what happen and return another day and looks like he didn't do anything.
