I paid 350 dollars for a broke tooth to be fixed i posted pictures on Facebook too... they barely spent 20 min with me fixed and inone day it broke again then they only fixed it halfway so i had a half tooth missing. So 350 dollars gone for nothing went to another dentist and 200 dollars they fixed ot where it was brand new ..Dr Williams office though poor customer service and value of service to not get properly done repair tooth over charged me ..the dentist that fixed Dr Williams work.. has gave me a Raleigh ethics number that im contacting on this matter very unprofessional and unhappy customer no one even called to check on me after I was unhappy..pictures follow of his work compared to the other dentist which fixed his mistake

I arrived for my dental cleaning appointment, was greeted by the receptionist, and within two minutes I was escorted by the dental assistant for my scheduled cleaning. Following the cleaning, Dr. Williams performed the examination. During the appointment the entire staff was cordial, professional, and mindful of my needs. Each visit I find his practice to be clean and neat. His equipment is state of the art. I continue to recommended others to Dr. Williams and his friendly staff as his practice is second to none!!!

My first appointment was great. Everyone should request Dava for their dental hygienist. One of the best cleanings I have ever had. Marlene at the front desk really has herself together. Even took time to ask about my grandchildren. I believe I have found a new dental home.

My experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing. Very polite and friendly staff. Dr. J. Michael Williams is an absolute awesome dentist. He supplies complete information on everything he's about to do and he does it with such grace. Couldn't ask for better care than you receive while in their care.

The staff at Dr. Williams office is always friendly and kind. They make sure you are taken care of and if you have any issues or concerns they will walk you through all steps that are gonna be taken. Dr. Williams treats each patient as a person and not just another tooth to clean or fix. He listens to his patients and makes sure he understands the issues and if he finds anything makes sure to explain exactly what's going on.

Messed up My private information, failed to actually provide service or a bill, then began harassing my elderly mother to pay a bill 2 and a half years later. Might have been better at reaching me if they used the information I gave them instead of writing down a fake address and harassing an old woman.

My experience with Dr Michael Williams was amazing as always. He has the most polite staff and they're very courteous as well as helpful. Dr Williams is one of the sweetest people and he has so much concern for all of his patients. Best decision I ever made whenever I pick this dentistry as my choice.

Dr Williams and staff did a great job working with my mother, who has dementia. They were kind and thoughtful, and worked with our schedule that would be best for her. The procedure went very well. A great place for dental work!
