I can't say enough wonderful things about this dentistry. The front desk staff is extremely nice and helpful. The place is spotless and my appointments are always on time. I have been seeing my dentist, Dr Castillo for the last 3 years and his work is impecable. His dental assistant Juan Carlos is great as well for cleanings and together they make a great team. Totally recommend this place!

So I had set up an appointment that took 3 months to get just for a cleaning. I arrived there 7 minutes late due to Miami traffic but knew I made it somewhat on time. L O L, did I thought wrong. They told me my appointment was cancelled and someone else took my spot. I explained to them how it was only 7 minutes and that a cleaning shouldn't be too tedious. I tried to be cordial & understanding, but they said they were not gonna see me. They told me they couldn't do anything and I had to leave without even another appointment date. I'm sorry, but what type of business does that? They didn't even really try or show any sort of sympathy. Do yourself a favor, find a different doctors office with better and more accommodating staff.

I made my appointment weeks ago. Took the day off of school for it, and when I arrive they said my appointment had been canceled. They couldn't tell me why or how or by who. I let them know I had confirmed by text 2 days ago. They said they saw that but that I was on the cancellation list. They could not fit me in. They said I could come in tomorrow, as if I'm just on call waiting to go to the dentist. I let them know that I have school and will not be coming back. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible first impression. If you choose to come here, good luck, you may have just wasted time waiting for the appointment and showing up and not be seen.
