4/9/2019 Prayer works!! Wow the service today was awesome!! I am not in pain anymore and the assistant was marvelous! My comfort was her concern. Thank you young lady for easing my anxiety and boosting my confidence. My first post after my adjustment! I hate to give this place a 3 because of my last visit, but my mouth is that important to me. My first visit was very uncomfortable, but the young lady talked to me and was very attentive and caring. I really wish I would have gotten her name because she was the reason I was excited to go back. Well 3/28 @ 9a, I didn't get the sweet young lady and the attitude of this new staff was totally different from my first experience. My first adjustment was horrible. Very little communication. Didn't know I was biting her finger(in pain) but I apologized repeatedly. My head started hurting from the stress and pain and I told her. She asked, "What do you want me to do?" I said, "Just finish." And after all of that I got 1 coin. 1 coin. I am in so much pain from this adjustment. Hate to go back, but I've been in pain for 5 days well 6.

Amazing experience with this office. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated like family. Dr Cox is amazing not to mention every single member of the team. You can tell they love their patients and what they do. Highly recommend this office!!

This experience has been beyond anything we ever expected when we were told our daughter needed to see an orthodontist. She looks forward to her visits instead of dreading them. That is a great testament to the staff!
