I heard about J. Cox Orthodontics 2-1/2 years ago from my dentist, who really couldn't help with the issues I was having, he referred me to Dr. Cox. From the minute that I walked through the door to the moment the entire staff (Dr. Cox included) sang the "You got your braces off today" song, the staff and Dr. Cox herself, have been nothing but a phenomenal crowd! I have had the absolute best care in my life from this group!! The staff make you feel comfortable and at home, they've done everything in their power to accommodate me and my work schedule, I have had nothing but a POSITIVE experience and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!! Thanks J.Cox n Company for a wonderful 2 years of service and for a BEAUTIFUL SMILE!! I find myself smiling at EVERYONE because i know my Smile is the best it's ever been!!

Super sweet staff. However, the braces actually made my teeth worse. The solution they offered was for me to do an oral surgery because they didn't catch something on the X-rays prior to putting the braces on. I have photos of what it did to me teeth after they'd tighten the braces, it looked awful. It was like trial and error. If I would have known I'd have to have a mouth surgery, I would not have even gotten the braces, as my only concern was a small gap I could have had cosmetically fixed.

I'm not sure why this place doesn't have 1,000+ 5 star ratings because they are just that AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and genuine! They make sure every client is treated with the utmost care They took care of my little sister so well, I can't wait to come back and get my braces done by them!

Everyone is super nice! You could not find a more friendly staff. Scheduling is just a nightmare. While I still had my braces, I had to wait 8 weeks for them to squeeze me in to fix a bracket that they broke off. And recently, my bonded retainer fell off. After two months of waiting, I finally went to my local dentist and had them fix it. I also wish they were more open/honest about the follow up costs. They told me my bonded retainer should last over 5 years. It lasted less than 2 and about $300 to replace. And that doesn't include the plastic retainers that I've had to replace about once a year. Also, I got braces to help with some TMJ issues. They told me that it would help. After two years in braces, the TMJ is just as bad as it ever was. A huge waste of money.
