This was my first time going to this dentist. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Dr Callaway was very polite, gentle and explained everything. Very happy with my visit and will continue to use this practice!

I had a crown replaced and the next day you couldnt tell I had anything done. No gum pain from the shots or the procedure. Everyone is so nice and considerate.

I arrived as a new patient after not having a check-up in over a decade. I was a bit nervous because I've had a bad experience with a cavity filling, and I didn't know what to expect. I ended up having only one cavity, and Dr. Callaway offered to fill it right then and there. Yesss! He did an amazing job and was very professional. I didn't feel a thing, and I had no pain/soreness after the juice wore off. Then I was offered a same-day appointment for a cleaning! Oh, the cleaning, it was so lovely. I had so much tartar built up behind my crowded bottom incisors, it was relieving to feel my teeth breathe. I can't stop gliding my tongue over my polished babes. THANK YOU, Christy! That was incredible. ALL of the staff were very kind, warm, and welcoming. Everyone there made my entire day.

Great customer service and really worked with me because of my weird work schedule. Definitely don't want to do unnecessary work on you either, will tell you exactly what's needs done and what can wait or be saved.

Friendly staff, always very accommodating. I have a really hard time getting numbing shots in my mouth and so I get nitrous oxide whenever they're doing work on my teeth ($80 out of pocket at this office, which is pretty reasonable compared to other dentists I've seen). The staff always make sure to ask me if I'm okay before they do anything, and they have TV's in the ceiling to keep you occupied while they work on your mouth. I have state insurance and they do take it at this office (Healthy Indiana Plan). I've been to doctors offices where I'm seen as kind of a second-class citizen for using HIP but Dr. Callaway and his team have never made me feel that way. They're always very friendly and seem like they really care about their work. He has put 4 crowns in my mouth in the past couple of years and they all have healed really well.

Awesome staff and dr Callaway does a very professional job every time. Gets you in quickly when you have teeth issues! Stop in and check it out you will be glad you did!

Dr. Callaway is very gentle with shots I didn't even know I was getting them he uses a numbing gel before he gives them to you!! Staff was also very nice and friendly

I went in for a cleaning and have some other issues that need to be taken care of and they were able to get me back in the same day to begin work. They staff that I met were all very nice and professional and welcoming. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist in the Columbus area.
