Chris Williams has been in practice in the Jacksonville Beach area for over twenty years. He treats adults and children of all ages using the latest techniques and technology to provide a comfortable and pleasant experience.
He is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Dentistry, 1986. Dr Williams has continued his training by attending LVI, the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Education. He loves to focus on complex Cosmetic and Neuromuscular (TMJ) problems that many times cannot be treated without advanced training.
Dr Williams is an active member in many dental societies including the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the International Academy of Comprehensive Aesthetics.
The Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) is the world's premier post-graduate dental teaching center, specializing in advanced cosmetic, aesthetic, and neuromuscular dentistry procedures.
Aesthetic dentistry is usually used to describe traditional dentistry procedures that are done with particular attention to the aesthetic effects of the dental work. Aesthetic dentistry might include such things as using natural looking porcelain crowns in place of the traditional metal amalgam type.
LVI is a preeminent postgraduate dental school, combining the functional and the aesthetic aspects of dentistry, training dentists not only to perform reparative dentistry with an eye to the cosmetic effect, but to integrate overall dental health into their cosmetic procedures.
Renowned for its work in the field of neuromuscular dentistry, LVI provides the best postgraduate education available on the temporomandibular joint, as it relates to dentistry, training dentists to recognize and prevent temporomandibular joint disorder, TMJ, a debilitating condition in which the jaw becomes misaligned, creating problems with patients teeth and their overall health.

What a treat going to a dentist who is concerned about my comfort as well as my teeth. We recently relocated here. I was dreading the dentist. He had a paxorex machine so I didn't have to gag on x-rays. They had a new technology for cleaning they took half the time. And everyone was pleasant in between. Happy we found them.

I love Dr. Williams and the whole staff! I've never had an office that feels so much like family. I've been seeing them to get my teeth cleaned since I was little. I love how friendly the desk staff is and the hygienists are all wonderful. Thank you all for my wonderful smile!

This is Luanne Kovacs. I have been going to Dr. Williams' office for over 20 yrs and have always had an excellent experience. I recently visited the office for a routine cleaning. Maria, as, usual, did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I really appreciated all of the precautions she took to protect me and herself during this stressful time of Covid19. I was, however, extremely disappointed to see the women at the front desk not wearing face masks along with several patients in the office. During this time of a public medical health crisis, when many people are feeling extreme stress and anxiety as well as those at higher risk of contracting the virus, I find it irresponsible to ignore a Duval County mandate to wear face masks. I feel it sets a poor example and shows disregard for the welfare of patients.
