Dr. Aguilar is a native of the Texas Rio Grand Valley and is fluent in Spanish. In 1968, he received his B.S. degree in biology from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston in 1972. Upon graduation, Dr. Aguilar served with the 464 th Medical Detachment in Landstuhl, West Germany as an Army dentist. While overseas, Dr. Aguilar was a member of the Western Germany Armed Forces Dental Society.
Dr. Aguilar is member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association and the Greater Houston District Dental Society. Dr.Aguilar was recently recognized by the Greater Houston Dental Society for 25 years of loyal and distinguished service in organized dentistry. In addition, Dr. Aguilar is a member of the Southwest Academy of Comprehensive Dentistry Study Club.

BEST Dentist Group in Houston! My parents were the original patients of Dr. Aguilar in the early 80's, and then I became a patient in 1987 (35 years+) and now my kids are also their patients. The Aguilar's are very professional, honest and caring. Also, as a "family dentistry", they are the sweetest above all. The entire staff overall is AWESOME! Love them all! Angie

Dr. Aguilar and his team are the sweetest people ever, I love them! They are so kind and make you feel comfortable ( because we all know the dentist chair is pretty scary lol) but I recommend them 100%
