Many people feel that implant dentistry falls under the category of cosmetic dentistry, but thats not entirely accurate. Although implants certainly do improve ones appearance, but their impact goes way beyond the flash of a perfect smile.

Implants will enhance your smile and improve your function, your speech, and your ability to eat. My most gratifying moments as a dentist are when patients call to tell me, Thank you, Dr. Hall; youve changed my life. Our dental office is devoted to restoring and enhancing the natural beauty of your smile using conservative, state-of-the-art dental procedures that will result in beautiful, long lasting smiles!

Dr. Frank Zimmerman is a lifelong Jacksonville, FL native born and raised. He grew up in the area, attending The Bolles School. He completed his undergraduate education at Florida Atlantic University Honors College receiving his Bachelors Degree in Biochemistry. Dr. Zimmerman graduated with Cum Laude honors. He attended Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine for his Dental Education and graduated in 2020 with a D.M.D. degree.

Dr. Zimmerman comes from a family of dentistry following in the footsteps of his father who has practiced for over 35 years. As long as he can remember, he has spent time in the dental office hanging out and helping out when he could. He has a true passion and desire to excel in the profession and an eagerness to listen and care for the patients needs and desires.

In his free time, you can find Dr. Zimmerman on the nearest golf course hes a single digit handicap and loves to play! Other than golf, he has a love for family and friends, the beach, and his beautiful four year old Golden Doodle, Bowser.

Aweaome experience. I was very impressed with Dr. Hall and his staff. He took the time to explain the problem I had so I could understand what caused it and the solution to correct it. I would highly recommend him.

I started with Dr.Pazos in April, for a crown, then when that was done I did 2 implants last month, which were started before COVID by another dentist, that then retired up in North Georgia. Dr. Pazos is amazing, the team is great, and so friendly. My son now had his Wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Hall, (also great), and another son is having general work done by Dr. Pazos. It has been the best dental experience in my life. The office is beautiful, and very high tech. We, as a family are so happy we found these great professionals. Frank

I love love love Dr. Hall. If I can give him more than 5 stars I would, if I can do a free testimonial commercial for you I WOULD! I accidentally cheated on him with another dentist who was cheaper but you know the ole saying you get what you pay for. I was able to come back to his office with open arms and warm hugs from everyone literally. Once he noticed the work the other dentist did was half done and started to break within a month of doing he told me we needed to redo everything asap. Mind you I havent been able to eat normally either.... The night before last I had excruciating pain from my wisdom teeth my face started to swell. The office was able to squeeze me in next day and me being a nervous wreck crying high BP, Dr Hall was so gentle with a smile and told me to calm down and trust him. A couple of his staff I remember came in patting me on hand telling me to take deep breaths and calm down. I felt NOTHING! He pulled 2 wisdom teeth, pain free. I was having a panic attack over nothing. God bless you Dr Hall and your staff. You will forever be MY Dentist. And no more cheating lol I'm pain free and am continuing my treatment plan however and whenever he wants me there! You better believe it! When a Doctor wants you to have perfect teeth of course you will have to pay, everyone does ,depending on your insurance. Its worth evey penny especially I know I will be receiving top notch professional quality dental work!

I chose this dentist due to it being the only one on my insurance plan. My first hygienist was phenomenal -- calm, caring, and very thorough. What did noticed in my six years of going there was how every time, thousands of dollars of unnecessary work work be written into a "plan" -- a couple procedures I agreed to, but some of imminent concern mysteriously resolved on their own. As I was approaching retirement -- the considerable decrease in income and no insurance -- I succumbed to one of his stories of doom and disaster and had a previous porcelain crown replaced along with having a root canal. This was almost $1000 co-pay after insurance, but I was told that because a church of porcelains had broken off, bacteria could get underneath, cause decay and serious pain/problems in the near future. After the procedure, I experienced pain and discomfort for the FIRST time on that tooth. I returned to the office to have the crown ground down a little bit AND he started to grind on the tooth above it trying to make the two teeth mesh better. Slight discomfort brushing was better than going back and having him destroy the integrity of surrounding teeth (which would then need fixing in his next "plan"). Less than 2 years later, my crown popped off -- no hard food chewing involved. The scenario he described happening if I didn't replace the crown came to fruition. The tooth is decayed so badly the tooth now needs to be extracted. Calling his office, I find it will cost me $150 just to have him evaluate HIS ineptitude. Plus, the extraction will most likely run at least $300 (but, of course, no true estimate -- or even reasonable range -- can be provided for extracting a back molar which they already have extensive history on. Another dentist estimated the cost at $425 because they obviously are a more professional group with an established price list. So, now I'm SOL scrambling looking at other options just to remove a tooth which never needed fixing -- I discovered my old porcelain crown had metal underneath which still had an excellent seal. I had no pain. I had no issues. I just had the insecurity of entering retirement with looming future dental issues, and I had a dentist whose priority seems to be $$.

I made an appointment six months ahead of time. I arrive at my scheduled appointment 20 minutes early to be told they canceled my appointment because the day before they couldn't confirm my appointment. Number one I made the appointment it should be a courtesy call to remind me not a cancellation if I don't call the office back. This is poor business and I won't be coming here any longer. Then as I'm walking out the main door they say ok we can take you. Sorry but I really don't want to do business with people that cancel appointments for no reason.

I was so happy that Dr Hall and his team could assist me after losing a large filling. As a transient boater passing thru Fernandina with a tight schedule, I so appreciated their creating room in their day for me. The practice is well run, incredibly clean, and very professional. The procedure was explained and completed competently and quickly. If I ever move to the Island, this would be my choice for a permanent dental practice. Highly Recommend.

So glad I found this dentist. They got me in really fast with my tooth pain. Everyone from the office staff, to the assistant and dentist were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything thoroughly and they really seem to care about their patients. I saw Dr. Zimmerman and he did a great job with an abscessed tooth extraction. He made sure there was no pain. It was a great experience over all and I will continue to use them for my dental care.

I love Dr. Hall and his staff. They were so incredibly friendly and fixed my tooth right up. He is one of the few dentists that accepts United Concordia (tricare) and doesn't up charge for services! He was friendly, saying my name correctly and getting my procedure done quickly. He and his staff used up to date technology and I'm forever thankful for switching to him. Thank you Dr. Hall and staff!!
