Dr. Douglas Szeto was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. In 1994, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Two years later, Dr. Szeto attended Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There he graduated Cum Laude and received his DMD degree in 2000. Soon after his graduation, Dr. Szeto attended New York University College of Dentistry for advanced training in the field of endodontics. His Endodontic Specialty Certificate was awarded to him in August 2002. Dr. Szeto currently lives in Orange County with his wife and two children. He enjoys fishing, running and other outdoor activities as well as spending time with his children and traveling with the family.
Dr. Reza Izadi is from Northern California originally. He had his undergraduate training at San Jose State University; and in 1995, he received his DDS degree with high honors from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. After a GPR training at University of Southern California/LA County Hospital in 1996, Dr. Izadi practiced General and Cosmetic dentistry for four years before entering an Endodontics residency program at University of Southern California in summer of 2002. Dr. Izadi and his wife love southern california living and enjoy most outdoor activities and sports. They love Scuba, hiking, running and traveling to exotic destinations.
Dr. Charles Holman practices in our Whittier location. He grew up in Iowa and started college at the University of Iowa. He then moved to Lincoln, Nebraska and finished at Union College. From there he went to dental school at Loma Linda University and graduated in 1963 with his dental degree. After a year of private practice in Hacienda Heights, he then joined the U.S. Army Dental Corps at Ft. Hood, Texas and was there for two years.
Dr. Holman received his specialty certificate in Endodontics at Ohio State University in 1971. During this year he moved back to California and this marked the beginning of a long and successful partnership with Dr. Niccoli in Whittier. In addition to his private endodontic practice, he teaches dental students at the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Dr. Holman is married and has three grown daughters. After his wife died, he married his first girlfriend from Iowa, Joyce. Together they have five grandchildren. When Dr. Holman is not spending time with his family, he enjoys skiing, singing in his church choir and traveling with his wife Joyce..
