I came to this office for an emergency extraction and I must say that I am grateful that I found a dentist that makes me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. From the dental assistant to Dr. Kubiczek herself, I want to thank you for taking such great care of me and I absolutely cannot wait for you to help me get my smile back. I would recommend this dental office to my friends and family here in Edgewood and Bel Air. See you in November

My boyfriend went to the dentist here. He said the dentist wasn't bad. As his girlfriend who makes all his appointments both times I had to call and make an appointment at this place the person who answered the phone was awful. They were super rude and basically yelled at me. I never rose my voice to the person on the phone, I wasn't rude. I just wanted her to answer a few questions. The whole call was less than 5 minutes and I spent most of it on hold. I will admit to telling her she was rude at the end and I still didn't raise my voice. I did call her a b**** at the very end of the call. I feel bad about that but this woman was super unprofessional and rude. I don't think I've ever had a worse experience over the phone with any other doctor or dentist in the state of Maryland. The dentist was fine but heaven forbid you have a minor issue and need assistance over the phone.

Very ruff very rude to staff and patients tells you that you owe money few weeks later after you made your visit when you cancel appointments they have no acknowledgment of you doing that they send rude letters stating that you owe money when you don't very bad experience coming to this place and will not be returning

Hello. I just had some work done by Dr. Kubicek and her assistant Julia and was very satisfied with her work. They were very understanding upbeat and do great work on teeth I was needing for a while. I am so grateful that I want to donate a piece of my artwork to her office

Shoddy work and a horrible bedside manner! I am so incredibly thankful that we are no longer patients of Dr. Kubiczek. This woman was verbally abusive to her staff in front of myself and later my husband. Told my husband that the discomfort he was feeling after she put a crown on his tooth was "all in his head", a couple weeks later the crown fell out and to add insult to injury she charged him to repair HER shoddy work. She later told him that "you are going to come back and pay out of your own pocket" for a completely unnecessary dental treatment that she was pushing on customers to make some extra money. We have since found out that several of her patients have had issues with shoddy work, mainly crowns falling out and pushing for unnecessary dental work. I believe she needs to be investigated and shouldn't even be permitted to practice dentistry. We found a new dental practice, friendly, no hidden fees, and the staff are all smiling and happy(this couldn't be said about the atmosphere at Kubiczek's office). I still can't believe we stayed with this awful woman for as long as we did.

Everyone at Dr Kubiczek's office is always so friendly and so kind! I've only been coming here for a few years now, but they truly feel like family. It's so nice to know you can go to a dentist office who really does care about you and your teeth! Not only do they get your smile shining bright, but they teach you how to keep it that way. I Highly recommend Dr Kubiczek's office to all families in the Harford county area!

She is a very rude person. I fell down the steps and had to go urgent care due to a sprain in my ankle. She refused to let me reschedule my appointment & told me I'm not aloud to be seen at their facility because I fell down the stairs. Very rude I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I wish I could leave zero stars !!!

Dr. Kubiczek and her staff really helped me through my needle anxiety. They explained everything along the way and kept things going at a good pace for minimizing my stress. With their help, I am in the process of overcoming some long held phobias caused by bad experiences with previous dentists. Dr. K struck the right mix of compassion with coaxing me forward over my old psychological obstacles. I never thought I would get to where she's helped me get, and I am very thankful.

She takes her time to explain everything and has very nice personality, even a playful way about her that just makes you feel as if you knew her all your life. The staff and her are the best ever..
