I've been a patient of Dr. Iwinski's for almost 20 years and have always had a positive experience! Dr. Iwinski and his staff are friendly, professional and care about their patients. They have always taken great care of my teeth, as well as those of my husband and 4 kids. I never hesitate to recommend them.

I needed an unscheduled appointment to assess a problem. Dr Iwinski made time to see me and fixed the problem. So grateful for this terrific dentist and his team. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Dr. Iwinski for a few years now and I've been nothing by pleased with each and every visit. He is extremely diligent, meticulous, and it's obvious he takes great pride in his work. His staff is phenomenal - they're polite, very skilled, and extremely professional. My wife and I also have two younger children who, believe it or not, genuinely enjoy going to see Dr. Iwinski and his friendly team of hygienists and assistants. What a win! Simply put, Dr. Iwinski and his staff are the gold standard by which other dentistry practices should be measured. Dr. Iwinski is a very kind, competent dentist. My experience clinically was always good, but the billing department seemed fishy. Having worked in healthcare for 15+ years, it seemed odd that every time I went, I never owed anything and never saw any bills in the mail, including when I had a night guard made. I asked several times how much it would cost and was told for months that they were waiting to hear back from the insurance company for the claim. Claims do not take this long. In November, over 6 months after I have been using this night guard and have since had a cleaning done (11 months after my insurance changed), they call to tell me they need my new insurance information as they had my previous year insurance on file. Again, this is after I asked and called back multiple times to find out the cost. A few weeks later, I find out that my insurance never covered the night guard and that I owe 100% of it out of pocket. Even though I did like Dr. Iwinski, I will not be returning to this practice as they clearly don't seem to be on top of their billing and I do not want any more unexpected bills to arise.
