Dr. Lamun earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in General Science with a minor in Business Administration from Oregon State University with the honor of Magna Cum Laude. She competed for OSUs gymnastics team where she earned All-American honors and a PAC-10 title. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, School of Dental Medicine with the honor of Magna Cum Laude. She was one of eight dental students in her class to be selected as a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society, Psi Omega Chapter. After completing dental school, Dr. Lamun furthered her education by attending Texas A&M University, Baylor College of Dentistry Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency. She is a member of the following professional Organizations: American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. She is working towards getting her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and in the future, her Masters in the Academy General Dentistry.
Dr. Lamun is passionate about providing the highest level of dentistry and care to her patients. She enjoys taking the time to educate her patients about their oral health and treatment options so that they can make informed decisions to achieve their dental goals. Her patients can receive a full range of dental treatment including: preventative services, dental cleanings, cosmetic dentistry, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, dentures, and implant restorations. She loves treating patients of all ages. Dr. Lamun was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. She has an older brother, Erick whom she enjoys visiting whenever she gets the chance. She also loves spending time with her friends and especially likes the holiday season when she can travel home to see her family. Her hobbies include sewing, painting and playing with her dog Django.

In my 84 years of going to a dentist, I have never had such an outstanding experience. Everyone from the receptionist to the Doctor were very professional, efficient, thorough, and friendly. During my first visit they took a head x-ray, individual teeth x-rays, cleaned my teeth, and the Doctor took time to explain everything that I would have to do in the future to correct potential problems when/if they occurred. Pricing was also very reasonable. Strongly recommend this practice if you want your teeth done correctly.

Don't let the 4.9 star review of this office fool you. I came in as a new patient and after being told my teeth and hygiene routine were exceptional by the hygienist, I was then told by Dr. Lamun that I had "2 cavities". I decided to trust Dr. Lamun and get them filled right away like she suggested (my mistake). Long story short there was poor work done on the filling of 1 of my "cavities". To the point where I had to visit the office 2 additional times for her to try and fix the issue. The issue wasn't resolved and I'm now looking for another dentist in DFW to clean up her mess. They were nice people for the most part and I don't mean to be rude but that was unacceptable work.

Mary and Dr. Lamun were amazing! I was scheduled for a 12pm appointment, but didn't get in until 12:15pm, which I kinda expected for a Monday appointment. We were recommended by our Reno, NV dentistry about Ivy Rose Dentistry before moving to TX. It feels like we never left home with Dr. Lamun and her wonderful staff. Thank you!

Outstanding Dentistry! The staff is always so patient and knowledgeable. For once a Doc that actually makes sure you are 100% comfortable before proceeding with the procedure and checks in often. We have only been coming for a couple years but this is our go to Dentist period. We also pay out of pocket and they have always been helpful spreading appointments so we can ensure we get the care we need.

Friendly people and dentist. Dr Lamun has done invisilign braces and 4 crowns. All work has been very good. They make sure any and all questions are answered. I never feel rushed.

IvyRose has made my visits to the dentist less traumatic. Each one of them are so friendly and professional. I don't have a favorite hygienist since all of them are amazing. Dr. Lamun is so caring and sweet. I recommend to this place 100%.

I love this Dentist office! They took me in right away when I had issues and worked so hard to fix them all! They are super friendly and very competent. They are also very focused on comfort! More than any other dentist I've been to. I highly recommend them!
